I had a terrible experience at the salon the gentleman that did my nails had a pointy fingernail on his thumb. It was filed to a sharp point and he kept jabbing me and he would just say oh sorry, but when I looked at his hands, it was an intentional pointy nail. The place was dirty. He couldn’t find the tools he needed. He kept getting up and walking around. He painted my toenails with the gel polish, even though I asked him not to. I did not want gel polish, and he just painted him with the gel polish and then didn’t put a topcoat on.
I would never go to this establishment again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Hi this is my second time coming here my first time was for my sons funeral and they did an amazing job I went in again today and got my hands and feet done once again a fabulous job I love them and the lady that did them was the sweetest

I would absolutely never come back here again. For starters it took about 2 hours to even get my nails done( I got switched to different people 3 times). My nails look like trash! They are all misshaped they only did one coat of color also. I’m not sure how this place has a 4 something rating

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Went in for a mani/pedi and it took OVER 3 hours! Seemed like I had one employee who’s never given a pedicure in their life because it took so long, they kept consulting another employee step-by-step, and they ignored me about the water level being too high and spilling over all over the floor and my shoes because they didn’t know how to turn the water off. Another employee came over and hounded me about doing a gel polish after I told them no on multiple occasions. Once that was done, I sat at a dirty area and soaked in acetone for over 25 minutes. Once my manicure process began, it was stopped multiple times due to the lady getting up and completing other tasks in the shop. A typical dip manicure takes no more than 40 minutes to complete (this is including soaking) but this time it took an hour and a half and that’s not including the 25 minute soak. Oh and let’s not forget that she took and made multiple personal calls throughout the process too. My manicure and pedicure turned out subpar too for the amount of money I paid. Just all and all a terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.

DONT COME HERE! I’m visiting from out of town and it was not a good experience. This place messed up my nails, and also my friend’s nails. I came in with 3 friends and all of their nails were dirty, and looked like they needed help after they were done. It took them hours to even be done. My friend waited for over an hour in the middle of her nails being done for them to even finish. The customer service was bad as well when trying to talk to them about what we wanted they proceeded to not listen and have attitude. Waste of money, and time don’t come here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would take more photos but the photos I included should do it justice. Don’t come here!

I had an appointment for my daughter to have a mani/pedi and a manicure for myself. My daughter’s pedi started right away but I have been sitting here for an hour without any assistance although I’ve been asked numerous times what service I want, lol. The mood is very somber in here. Not an enjoyable place at all.
