“After years without any claims, we had two back-to-back. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly. Tom not only patiently guided us through the process, he was hands on and personally helpful. For the auto claim, he picked me up from the auto body shop and drove me across town to the rental car place, stood in line with me and waited until I was in the rental and on my way. A few weeks later, after a tree fell on our property, Tom came right over to our house to survey and advise. My neighbors thought he was an old friend! They were shocked when I told them it was my insurance agent!
