I experienced the most awful pharmacy visit of my life today. A HIPPA violation was committed and has since been reported to both corporate and the DOH. On top of that, pharmacist Isabella Stevens lied to me about company policy, treated me in a very condescending way, and wouldn’t acknowledge anything wrong with giving my medicine (controlled substance) to an unauthorized person that was not on my pick up list. A phone call would have sufficed. I have never had a problem here but I’m done with this CVS until Ms. Stevens is let go and some measures are taken to right this unfathomable wrong. State Senator Rodney Pol Jr will also be bringing this to the attention of the Senate chamber in the coming day in session. We will both be letting our people know what is going on at this location. STAY AWAY!!!

I wish I could give 5 stars because usually the pharmacy employees are very sweet and respectful, especially Emily! However, today I called about a prescription and the lady I spoke to (not sure whom she was I have never spoke to her ever before) could have been a little nicer, it only takes a few seconds to say thank you, you too. I said thank you for your help and I hope you have a good day and she just hung up. :(

Only women can be seen for UTIs, not male paraplegics though… thank you CVS for continuing to contribute to the cripple tax.

Choose a better pharmacy! They tell you they have the medication and to send your prescription there, when other CVS locations are out. They "guarantee" on the phone it will be FILLED IN FULL, but when you go to pick it up, they try to scam you and say they will only fill "half" of your 7 day prescription.

It’s a terrible pharmacy. Multiple times my prescription has been on back order and the pharmacy doesn’t inform you. The only way I found out is by calling them myself. Pharmacy techs were extremely rude when I spoke to them about this. Would not use this location if you expect anything resembling decent service

I just went in about 10 mins ago and I had the worst experience Ashley at the minute clinic was loud and unprofessional I felt so uncomfortable and I’m sure she made everyone waiting uncomfortable with how loud and on edge, her words was disrespectful, and I felt verbally attacked.I came on time for an appointment and even after how i patiently waited because she was busy she still had the worst and unprofessional attitude I ever experienced in a work environment

Can’t Call without hearing an abundance of advertisements. Takes too long to reach the Pharmacy! Corporate needs to change the calling process. Staff is great but getting ahold of the Pharmacy is rediculous !!!

This pharmacy is at 505 East 1100 north in Chesterton indiana. As of today they have had a prescription for me for the last 10 days, my doctor sent over the prescription on the 25th of May. The pharmacy said it was too soon it was due on the 27th so they didn't do anything with it. When I spoke to the pharmacy about this they just simply said, The Dr sent it in too soon. They did not give a reason as to why it was not filled. They just said we'll fill it now. There is a complete lack of concern.CVS did not contact me, no text,no phone call, all of the things that they do with other scripts.

They charge 23.99 for a bottle of Evan Williams whiskey across the street at the grocery store or the liquor store. Here they want 35.99 for the same bottle. It's down right un American how they gouge the hell out of their customers.

Just to let you know, I live in Miller Beach, Indiana. My go to CVS is in Chesterton Indiana. It is a pretty good hike, perhaps close to 15 miles. I could go to several other. CVS is near me such as Portage, but there’s just something about the CVS in the way that help is on The Way. It is manage. Is well worth the extra miles. I have my own plane and if I can fly there or if I could fly there-I would. Truly yours, Douglas Nelson.

Worst CVS in the area by far to the point it you wonder how the experience is so poor compared to elsewhere. CVS staff at other locations go out of their way to contact doctors, keep you in the loop, and help you obtain prescriptions. This location can't even help you in-store when you have a prescription already ready. Issue is with employees and management, not CVS itself. One visit an employee didn't even recognize/know what a passport and tried to take it like I was a teenager with a fake ID or somethinng.

It took me over 1/2 hour to find what I wanted. I had 2 very nice ladies helping me. Most of the eyeliners were at the bottom so it was very hard for me to get on my knees and even worse trying to get up. I finally found what I was looking for.

They're just not a great pharmacy. The people who work there are nice and all that, but the mistakes are rampant. There's not enough training or something, because it's constant insurance issues and incorrect dosages. Quite often we are expected to live with the mistake they've made, which is highly inappropriate when we are talking about stimulant medication, because "it's a controlled medication". They can't ever seem to give my ADHD child the right thing, or on time, so her grades are in the toilet because she can't focus. If it's controlled shouldn't it be correct then?! Since Walgreens is just as messy as this CVS, I am not sure where I'm supposed to go now, but I'm done with this pharmacy as soon as we find a new one.
