This pharmacy is at 505 East 1100 north in Chesterton indiana.As of today they have had a prescription for me for the last 10 days, my doctor sent over the prescription on the 25th of May. The pharmacy said it was too soon it was due on the 27th so they didn't do anything with it. When I spoke to the pharmacy about this they just simply said, The Dr sent it in too soon. They did not give a reason as to why it was not filled. They just said we'll fill it now. There is a complete lack of concern.CVS did not contact me, no text,no phone call, all of the things that they do with other scripts.

Anastasia and Sarah at the pharmacy are both very kind and helpful. It’s not nearly as much of a hassle to sort issues out when they’re helping. For the store: Rain is always great and very friendly. Everyone above gets five stars, but I have to knock it down to 3.5-4 as you’re not always lucky enough to get helpful like Anastasia and Sarah at the pharmacy.

Love this CVS location. Always have a good variety of items needed, and the pharmacy staff is beyond great! They really care , and go above and beyond some times.

So did not know CVS switched from alphabet order to numerical order when finding you prescriptions. That being said their system was down today so they tell they are unable to find your script because there are too many to go through in numerical order. So you have five employees standing back there and your too lazy to go through and give someone their script? God forbid I wasn't an 80 year old woman that was in need of her heart meds or worse. CVS your new numerical order isn't working for you!

Never had a problem. In fact, one of the pharmacy techs spent a good half hour helping me hunt down an obscure manufacturer's coupon for one of my new meds. Saved me over $400 that year.

This pharmacy will only deserves NO stars. Where to begin. There is ALWAYS an issue with The medication. SEVERAL times I have to go back because they either don't have the meds ready ( even know I get on automated call). The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. The window attendant acts like she hates people and her job (long dark hair, around 50 years old, not too heavy) she knows who she is. I had NEVER ENCOUNTER so many issues with my file from a pharmacy. I really don't understand why is so hard to do ur job right and to treat people reapectfully. My experience at CVS is the worst experience from the pharmacy stand point.

Terrible service! The line to the pharmacy pick up never fails to last atleast 10 minutes long. I will not be returning unless they somehow fix this problem.
