After shopping around at numerous car dealers, I ended up at bosak ford! Peggy was the sales person and man was she amazing. Honestly the whole team there was top notch. The sale was straight forward! No one tried to upsell me on anything I didn't want. Information was politely offered and they were not pushy. The process was painless and quick. I highly recommend shopping here!

Our go-to for oil changes. The price is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and they do an excellent, professional job. For repairs, I am confident in their capabilities, but we go elsewhere as we have been quoted very high pricing.

NOT better at bosak ...Google really needs to create that zero star button. They will quickly sell you a car but good luck after that. 5 months never received my plates spoke with Peggy and Joyce the alleged manager both of whom over talk you and have zero customer service skills no accountability or follow through. Jamie not sure what she does but I was told she would provide me with the necessary information 3 weeks no call back. This dealership is a joke go elsewhere!!!!

On January 19, 2022 I took a truck in for a battery swap and oil change. It took three hours and that is with a prearranged appointment. Last week my wife took an Explorer in for warranty work because the blind spot indicators on the rear view mirrors kept malfunctioning. It took over a week because (according to the service manager) the person assigned to work on the vehicle kept calling off or just working half a day. They also tried to charge her for an oil change and tire rotation she didn't request. This dealership apparently has a lousy service department.Update on 3-12-23My wife came in the house today and said "I need you to put some covers back on under the deck lid where the mechanics left them off at the dealership."I go outside and the mechanics just didn't put all the little plastic parts back on when they threw the panels back in place after doing some warranty work. Bosak Ford really does hire lousy mechanics. They can't be expected to show up for work on a regular basis and when they do show up they perform substandard work. They're closed today and I'm off tomorrow. I'll take it over there and tell them "I don't know what you guys left off the car. But the back end rattles and the hooks for the cargo net aren't anchored into the panels anymore they way they were when we brought the car in. So I need you to do your job and put all that stuff back together like you should have done the first time."This will be the last time I bring a vehicle to Bosak Ford. These people can't be trusted to perform even the simplest of tasks correctly the first time.Update 3-28-23The second trip didn't get it fixed either. Now the guy in the shop isn't sure they can get simple components like the hooks for the cargo net and the plastic panels to stay in place. They're ordering a new piece of trim that goes over the rear tire well where the blind spot indicator is at because the old one won't mount back to the body correctly. These people think it's reasonable to hand a vehicle back over to the customer when they can't even bolt the components onto the exterior and put the interior parts back in such a way that they don't fall off or move around. They don't understand why someone would want an SUV with 6,900 miles on it and 57 payments left to be in correct condition. I'd never hire these people to do something that requires real craftsmanship, knowledge of their trade, or troubleshooting skills.

I had an appointment to change my oil at 1pm. I arrived at 12:45 and checked in. As I was waiting people came in after me and left before me. Finally at 2:45 my oil change was complete. Two hours to change your oil with an appointment seems unacceptable to me. Robert B.
