Really Weird!!!! NO PRICE-LIST.We called and asked for a simple Price-list to be emailed us so that we can review it, also a copy of the Contract, rules and regulations. (A perfectly normal business request).The young girl (maybe Tiffany) stated that she will not be sending me anything in writing to review and that You can only come in and pay for the unit" I found that odd, I let her know I need to read the contract and the rules Along with price-list so we can decide prior to singing into a contract. She again said she would not send me that information. So I asked for a supervisor or someone who could send me written corespondence or a price-sheet flyer, anything. She rudely said "Look, we don't do that here, just come in and pay" ODD!I don't think I will deal with the company that can't even send me their price list nor do they have it on their website.NEXT....

Rented here for a short time a couple years ago, I didn't check unit and opened it on a saturday to put a couch in there, there were tires in the unit, so I threw them in their dumpster and the lady attendant billed me 50 for using dumpster and could have checked the cameras to see I took them out of the unit. Font know if I would use them again.

Super rude front desk lady, however property is clean. Fair prices. Next time I need storage I'll probably look elsewhere though. Common Courtesy goes a long way.

Last year we had our storage space at Bennett's ransacked the night we moved our stuff in. Apparently there are roving thieves who tour the place nightly looking for inadequately locked doors. Bennett's security was non-existent. Their security cameras, if any, were useless. They were totally uninterested in our loss and did nothing to help investigate. Their attitude was that we hadn't locked up properly so it was totally our fault and they couldn't care less. The police said it was at least the second recent such burglary. You would have thought they would have video showing who was in and out that night and who was moving stuff out of our space, but no. Nothing. The fact they know there are thieves roving their yard doesn't concern them at all. So, save yourself the storage cost and just leave your stuff on the street. Probably safer that way.
