“2 years ago, I bought a Ford Escape from Byrider. I loved that car and took it on so many adventures. Not too long ago, I was in a bad accident and my cherished Escape was totaled. Kenny was amazing and walked me through the entire process. The payout did not pay off my car, unfortunately. On November 3, I went to pick a new vehicle and settled on a Pathfinder. They completely waived the amount left on the escape. Upon driving the car home, I discovered that I hated it. No huge particular or even justifiable reason, I just wasn’t happy. The next day I went back and spoke with Jeannie and Pete. They were amazing and asked me if I wanted a different car or to just get out of the contract. I ended up choosing a Jeep Compass.They really are amazing.
