“My daughter was interested in the Kia Stinger. I got a hold of salesman, Austin Sampley and we scheduled a day and time that worked for all of us. Austin had the car washed and a full tank of gas. My daughter drove the car and was in love. Austin was able to get the payments down to where she could afford and was able to drive the 2022 Kia Stinger home that same day. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a different vehicle to go talk to Austin. Thank you again Austin for being so awesome!!!!!”

“I had a slow leak, again, on my rear tire. Due to current work hours, I could only go there early in the morning and I am very thankfull Tire Barn Warehouse was open. The gentleman who waited on me were very pleasant, efficient, informative and helpfull. They let me know that I needed to have a wheel alignment in order to prevent that same tire from being worn down again and to get two new tires on the front before winter. I am 62 years old and have no one to help me with these things and got a new tire at a reasonable price, so I was very appreciative of them and they did not try to take advantage of me. Kudos and thank you tire Barn Warehouse ?”

“I have used Discount Tire in Muncie for years now. Several vehicles, many different types, a crashed car and many tires later they still have my trust. Each time I go with a simply tire patch they don't charge me a thing, they also don't charge for checking my tire pressure. They are fair on pricing but the ultimately test for my loyalty is how they actually care about what I am doing. I have a spending problem, they help me with that LOL. They have spent hours with me picking the right rim for the new car, they have matched tires, fixed tires, fit me in last minute and super fast. While I can't say the same for ALL discount tires, this one is actually on point. At one point they worked with me over the course of weeks to diagnose the smallest wheel wobble after I installed some new rims on my trick. They mounted and remounted the tires until we eventually discovered the most minuscule bend in one of the rims, they replaced it at no cost and I was on my way. I may be a little overly attached to my tire folks, but they have earned it.”

“Wanted to change the TPMS sensors on my mother's car, so I ordered the sensors from Amazon and asked USA tire if they could install them for me. They quickly pulled the wheels and changed the sensors out for me. I was able to program the sensors myself and have new sensors at a very reasonable price. The only issue I had was that the tires were over inflated a bit but I just needed to adjust them. All good.”
