Regina seemed very nice in person: however, she would not return phone calls when we had questions. It took three weeks of leaving messages before getting a return call, and that call was to tell us that she would no longer do our taxes because she was stressed. We asked for a statement to let us know why and we got a handwritten note that said she would NOT do our taxes any longer. The note was written on a 5" by 7" notepad paper. No letterhead. This is highly unprofessional. Now we are facing a huge fee to have the last two years' taxes redone and ammended because of her mistakes on a Trust account.

These people are literally the definition of Thieves and Crooks I paid them to get my tax money back and to do my taxes will they were supposed to charge me $69 but they end up stealing every bit of my tax money and having it put into their bank account and then when I called them to check on my tax money because it wasn't coming in and somehow I knew something wasn't right after 3 months of waiting on my tax check I finally got online and checked it and it finally showed up the first two months it wouldn't show up but the last month is showed up that I w as getting my tax money on the 31st of March is said that I got in it kind of find out they are deposited my whole entire check into their bank account except for the $69 fee that they were supposed to get for doing my taxes but really I got the $69 fee and they stole the rest of my tax money the owner of looks like a drug addict she was not even apologetic and would not even explain to me what was going on for three months I called and asked her what was going on with my check she would not call me back or acknowledge that I was even there but needless to say I reported them to the Better Business Bureau in the Federal Trade Commission

First time and only time customer. Used this office for taxes this year, "Becca" specifically, and she screwed up our returns. When we called to talk to Regina (owner) about having them do something to make this right with us, Becca answered, copped an attitude, took a tone with me, blamed us for her screw up and refused to do anything to make it right. Her exact words when I informed her that I'd be filing complaints about her professionalism and quality of service was "Go ahead. It won't be the first time and it won't be the last." I've never had such an experience with tax preparers. I'm not even sure that I can refer to them as tax preparers any more. They are essentially the Beverly Hillbillies with Turbo Tax access. I never did get a call back from Regina about this. This office is a joke and I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere for your tax services.

Regina and Becca are amazing tax preparers. They take amazing care of their customers. Regina is an Enrolled Agent meaning she can help when the IRS sends letters and has problems. They stay busy so call ahead for an appointment or just drop off your return.
