I waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, finally got to the window and they pulled the blind and wouldn't help me. I had to do without my scripts after all that time. I even went in and they wouldn't help me. Another time I went to pick up my scripts and they wanted to charge me for them over $300.00. I have zero co-pay. I called my insurance company and come to find out they had not run any of my scripts through on my insurance. I was highly upset. Needless to say, another trip into town which was unnecessary because of their incompetence. I have contacted the corporate office which has done absolutely no good. I am very disappointed and the other pharmacy in town is worse than this.

Nice people, good service, reasonable prices. Everything from groceries to photo developing! Great to have a Walgreens in our community!

They are slow to fill prescriptions. Takes way too long to get the meds ready. The line for meds were 2-3 people in line and 5 cars waiting in line outside . I needed a script filled .it's one pill for me to take before my dr appt tomorrow.. they never filled it. Now I have to wait til tomorrow . They said it'll be ready at 11. I told them it would have to be well before 11. Basically told . Well sorry . It had better be ready

If you need customer service at this Walgreens and the sale associates name is Dottie, run the other way. This older female tried to belittle me and make me feel like I made a mistake in asking for the rest of my order that SHE left out. I picked up an order and was missing half of it so I went back to get it because people make mistakes, we're human. She had the audacity to tell me that I made the mistake even though I had the receipt. She said she credited half the order back without notifying me but it still was showing I paid for both. Conveniently when we were at the cash register while she was "looking up my order," I get a notification that I'm being refunded for the remainder of my order. Honestly she is probably the reason I won't be coming back. I'd rather drive the extra 20 minutes to the next pharmacy than have to deal with someone like her.Ps. If you are young or dress religiously you'll feel discriminated by her I promise.

For more than 20 years I've gotten my prescriptions filled at This Walgreens location. But in the past year they've cut their hours. But that's not what made me switch to another pharmacy. It's the pharmacist. He's a j**** He whines about how they are short staffed. How Walgreens mistreats the pharmacist, etc. And they never have my prescription ready at the time they say they will. I get a message at 5:45 on Saturday that it's ready. They close at 6. And they are closed on Sunday. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy.

The pharmacy manager, Katherine is very rude! She started off to me and I her her mutter the B word under her breath all because I was upset because my medicine was not covered and it ended up being their fault because they entered my insurance information wrong. Very unprofessional!

I went in with really bad allergy symptoms but wasnt sure what to get because nothing else was working. They not only listened to me and got me the right medication, they also gave me pointers on things I could eat or drink to also help. Not even an hour later and I feel better then I have in weeks and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so so much!!!

5 out of 5 stars for Kristin in the pharmacy! She was friendly and gave painless flu shots! She was wonderful!
