Never had an issue at this pharmacy but if you use the drive-thru, some people will pull up to the window and sit there for 15 plus minutes. Are they waiting on them to fill the prescription while they sit at the window?The pharmacy should make those people pull out into the lot or come back later but they don't. I've seen some pull up to the window and drop off the prescriptions and expect to wait for them to fill it.

The people that work in the deli are not only incompetent, but rude. This store should not even be called a grocery store. Did I mention how horribly rude and ignorant the deli workers are?

I used to worked at a pharmacy at a retail store. So I know how it works. We have more customers than this small grocery store. But the techs could use some positive attitude. You could really see their faces when you talk to them that they didn’t like to work there. My child takes this medication for his keto diet for his epilepsy knowing that it is a maintenance medication they never order it ahead and everytime I order it is out of stock. We went on a vacation for 3 weeks and they denied my request to refill another bottle (antacid) this is to prevent his ketones up which is very vital for his epilepsy. They said since I’m going for only 3 weeks it will be fine since the prescription is good for a month. I, myself, a mom with a special need child is always anxious about traveling out of the country with meds I always have to have extra. So I was like that’s okay. I don’t want to argue with them. Now, we are back in the states, they said they can’t fill the rx since I should still be having 1 month supply left because they filled 2 bottles before we left. And told me it’s out of stock I understand because of the winter storm and stuff but this is not the only time it happened. Every. Single. Time. Pharmacist. Techs. Are not helpful at all. I don’t know. It just hurts that no one really want to listen you. As a healthcare worker and used to be a tech I always go over beyond for the people that is in need. Sometimes I want somehting like that. I hope they change. Not happy with the service.

We do click list and we have gotten dates that where over 6 months expired yesterday we got bread and got it home to find out it's moldy this place is horrible.

The techs could use training in smiling and positive attitude. Be prepared, when you call, to let the phone ring 20 times, repeat the call, and often a third repeat call before getting an answer. They may be terribly understaffed? I've changed to a better pharmacy

HORRIBLE worse pharmacy ever my prescription that I needed to live was called in at 9am right before they closed I was told first thing in the morning and then at 2 pm the next day was told they don't Cary that medicine took me through a whole new chain of events

The staff are always very nice and helpful. Much more so than many other big chains I've used in the past.But PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD change your automated prescription refill system back to the old one. The new one is absolutely terrible. It takes twice as long bc she takes forever to talk and if there is any noise whatsoever she stops and says "I'm sorry, I didn't get that" and starts over. I have to make sure I'm in complete silence, where before I could just press button options to get to where I need very simply and way faster. Its gotten to where I dread calling in my scripts bc the system is so annoying.

Called to talk to a pharmacist. All they did was answer the phone and then immediately hanged up on me! No communication whatsoever!
