Trudy was a great help she answered all questions I had reached out late at night to fix an error I had made so we could get my taxes filed on time. The fees are reasonable and I filled everything out online on my break at work so it's really simple and quick to complete. She got me back as much $ as possible. Trudy at H&R Block in Charlestown has done my taxes a few times now with my taxes and she's never let me down. I'll be back next year so Trudy can help me out once more.

I have a simple tax return and from basically the same information as last year they raised my taxes 100.00 with out forewarning me when I dropped them off. You are way too expensive for such a simple return.
