The whole experience was pleasant. The front staff girl Kia was the only one at the desk. She calmly handled 5 people trying to check in at the same time. The housekeeping staff was working overtime because someone was off work however, Dawn and the other girls came through, all the rooms got done. My room was cozy and comfortable,, and I didn't hear a lot of noise. I had a great experience and I would recommend this for family and friends visiting the area. I would say I was very disappointed that the hot tub was not working because I specifically got to town with no swimsuit went shopping for swimwear to get in the hot tub and it was not available and it did not indicate that on the website so that was disappointing...Rooms: The room had a refrigerator and a microwave.

Overall it wasn’t too bad. I mean, it’s an economy hotel in a smaller town. The biggest issue was other guests. Smokers congregate by the front door, as a former smoker, you should have the courtesy for others to avoid the front entrance when smoking. The main issue; there was a family staying in several rooms on the second floor, they allowed their children to run up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors, well after midnight. A complaint to the front desk seemed to fall on deaf ears. There was several times I contemplated requesting a refund and leaving. Instead I went to the gas station and got some Benadryl to knock me out. The breakfast left a lot to be desired for, BUT it’s free and hot. Juice selection is Apple and Orange, and that is a-ok. Staff were friendly upon checking in and out.

This unfortunately didn't live up to our usual Cobblestone experiences. The building seemed older and worn. The towels were very old, thin and stained. Even the new ones we asked for were old, thin and stained. The toilet flushing was shockingly loud. No decaf coffee was offered. I had to ask for it specifically and then wait while it was made while my breakfast got cold. We drove out of the way just to reach a Cobblestone, but will know better next time not to re-route to this location.

We enjoyed the saltwater pool. We wish the spa was working. We were in town for our daughters cheer competition and enjoyed our stay there. We'd definitely return if in the area again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay! The bar in the lobby has a good selection and is nice if you don’t want to go to the liquor store! The hallways are extremely clean and traffic is quiet, but my bathroom ceiling was covered in mold spots above the shower!!

It isn't downtown Louisville but the staff, cleanliness and price makes this place worth the drive in worth it, IMO.

Kind of located in the middle of nowhere. Rooms were serviceable, staff was a bit tight lipped and breakfast was forgettable. Charged me a dog fee after the fact, even though I thought I was intentionally placed in a dog room since the room smelled a bit like dog.Other than that, the kind of hotel that makes for a decent short stay.
