“LFCU is a great credit union in many ways. Be cautious with the higher rate advertised CDs. When they mature, there won’t be communication and they’ll automatically repurchase a new CD with an interest rate at a fraction of what purchased. There’s then a $50 fee for “closing” the automatically purchased one.”
