“When I needed 6 new battery es for my motorhome, the good people here had what i needed. A single phone call and a conversation with Mary secured the batteries. She told me she had to order them, which was not a shocker to me. However, when I asked when they would be in, she said it would be around 3:00 that afternoon! When they came in around 2:00, Mary called me and let me know they were ready. On top of it all, the price of the batteries was better than the much bigger corporate stores. If there were 10 stars I would give them 10!”

“I am so thrilled with McDowell Auto Parts. I called them in a panic this morning, as my van started having issues last night and we are scheduled to leave for vacation first thing tomorrow morning. Not only that, but the Honda Dealership had given me an alignment two days prior and did such a poor job that my car was veering to the right every time I drove. Despite having an already full load, McDowell’s got me in immediately and took care of all the problems- and for a reasonable price at that!! I am so beyond thankful. They were kind and pleasant to work with every step of the way. We will be using them from here on!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their car worked on!!!”
