They don't even deserve one star. I asked multiple times if they had a spot with a canopy my popup camper that is 8 feet wide can be backed into. I told them multiple times that it can't be backed into a inclined unit. After spending 35 minutes taking the Jack's down at my house loading the camper onto my vehicle I get to the unit,and not only is it in closed, it's nor even wide enough fot the camper. I told them the dimensions of the the camper and still they gave me this one. I go on vacation in two days and now I don't know what I'm going to do.

Friendly staff worked to find me the unit i needed. Unit was clean and roomySecure facility was a definite selling point. Very close to home. Overall, ot was an awesome experience

The units themselves are nice. The only problem i had was it kept giving me access denied code when i put in the gate code. But called them and they let me right in and saud they would get the problem resolved right away.
