“a few months ago they rewired and changed the whole sound system on my 1995 Nissan 240sx S14 with ground zero products and with a planet audio head unit. the wire routing and appearance is Prestine and I have zero issues with the quality of the job. they have a solid workshop and good integrity. they are good people to talk to and have a great product line. it's one of those businesses where you can take your classic cars and not worry about it not being taken care of. they also did insulation in the back to insure sound quality. the owner is clearly passionate about what he does and is definitely a first choice around the area. I'll be going back soon enough to get the system they installed to it's full potential soon. good work guys.”

“We went in around 1:30pm Saturday February 24th to switch 3 lines from boost/straight talk to Cricket. Brandon helped us and was absolutely phenomenal. We left with 3 very nice phones plus accessories to go with them. He even went as far to give us a better price for everything we got. I'd 100% recommend atleast going in to see what they can help you with. Based off other reviews Brandon seems to know exactly what he's doing and actually cares about happy customers. “I have always been pleased with Cricket, and the service they have given me and my smartphones. I live in Richmond, so normally I go there. Recently, the boy who has helped me.since I came to Cricket left to take another job. There has been new help there, and they have been able to help me, but one boy couldn't help me when I was having problems with my portable phone charger. I tried to explain the problem to him, but he treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I was in a bind and needed help, because I didn't whether the problem was the charger or the cord. I go down to Connersville many times, and I knew there was a Cricket store there, so I decided to go over there to see if they could help me. I went there, and I was helped by a girl, I believe her name was Anna. I explained the problem, and she listened to me. She eventually figured out the problem was both the charger and the cord. She was able to help me find a new charger and cord, and we made sure they worked with my phone, and they did. I was so happy with the service she gave me, and I don't regret making the drive out of town for service I should have gotten in Richmond. I will continue to go to Richmond, but if I am ever in this situation, I know where to go.”
