“Good morning. I am writing to inform you about the outstanding service and experience I received this weekend from your store in Richmond Indiana. George, Jeff, and Josh went way above and beyond to assist me in a great time of need.
My wife and I are over the road truck drivers and our truck broke down and needed new batteries. The shop at the Petro we were at would not assist us, the closest auto parts a Napa would not help so I called your store. Immediately, George found a way to say yes instead of no. I needed some tools and 4 batteries. He took my card information over the phone, delivered the tools, 2 batteries that he had in stock, and arranged to have me the other 2 from another location and delivered those earlier than promised.
Never at anytime did he have a hesitation or uncertainty about helping in his voice. Jeff was very friendly and eager to help, and though I did not deal with Josh directly he was the manager on duty when it came time to deliver the other 2 batteries and made sure it was taken care of.

The website said they had the parts but, once I got to the store the guy behind the counter said they didn't have it. I had to run all over town to find what I needed. The crew who work here are very nice and friendly!”

“I had an appointment at 5:00 p.m. when I arrived I discovered that they had three people out sick and had I not had an appointment they would have had to turn me away. They said it would be an hour and a half before they could get to it. Yet with all of that, everyone was kind and polite even the guy that was missing his break was amazing, and they got me out in 45 minutes. I think they did a really good job. In fact I told him I thought they deserved a raise”
