“We came to the store to have our new phones activated. Nick helped us, he was great and very patient, we were there for 2 hrs. However, the girl who was also there. I think her name was Amber and the person in charge. She was not 1 bit friendly terrible customer skills. We are glad we had Nick to help us

“My old phone was on the 3G network. Spent 4 hours in 2 different T-mobile stores and 1 hour on the phone, with no results - they could not migrate my phone from att to t-mobile, and they had no new phones in stock to sell me, but kept putting up roadblocks to continue using my phone. In 20 minutes, Dustin gave me options that fit my budget and free iphone 11s for switching. I had 2 new phones at the end of the week. It would have been quicker, but took an hour to migrate data - he was attentive and multi-tasking the whole time, especially since I kept adding things like screen covers and otterboxes. When my phone had an issue and I had to come back the next day, he did everything in his power and it was fixed before I left the store. Like any phone store, you need patience, but Dustin really knows his stuff. Would go back in a heartbeat.”
“Eddie, the sales associate at this location, was extremely helpful and went well above and beyond what any other sales person might do. When it appeared that I might not qualify for the service I wanted Eddie made it happen. Verizon, ATT, and Tmobile should be ashamed. The service and respect I received from this location far exceeded any other experience I had from those three other competitors. If you are in the market for a cheaper alternative and yet still desire the best in customer care, Go see Eddie. He will get you taken care of.”
“CAME TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION ON 04/13/24 START NEW SERVICE WITH A NEW CARRIER. VIVIAN WAS MY SALES ASSOCIATE ON THIS DAY. SHE WAS FAST EFFICIENT HAD PLENTY OF KNOWLEDGE AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I WILL BE TAKEN MY BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION IN THE NEAR FUTURE. IT WAS ONE OF THE FEW T-MOBILE LOCATIONS THAT HAD IN HOUSE THE IPHONE 15 PRO MAX. MOST LOCATIONS AND I WAS AT TWO LOCATIONS PRIOR AND SOMEONE STATED THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE PHONE FIRST. SO I LUCKED OUT BIG TIME BY COMING ALL THE WAY TO DYER INDIANA (FROM
CHICAGO) TO GET THE CHANCE TO PURCHASE THIS PHONE. THANKS!!”
