I recommend Lincoln Way Realty to everyone I know. I spoke with Joe and his team and then met with them at my home. They spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Other agents I talked with thought my house would be a tough sell since I was located out in the country and suggested a much lower listing price but Joe and his team knew exactly the right price (and much higher than the other agents I contacted) Listing my home with Lincoln Way Realty really paid off – my listing looked amazing and I had 3 showings the first day and an offer within 48 hours! Listing with them also saved me over 10K in commissions and Joe and his team made the process incredibly easy. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better realtor.
