It’s been a second since I was las there but this is a Class A thrift store! Our experience: nothing short of spectacular! Very clean and well organized with an awesomely clean restroom and the staff is super, no Uber Nice and most helpful. And it’s the perfect size and the Sandbar restaurant directly across the street! Winner winner!

Pay attention to the cashier as she is ringing you up. Make sure the item count in your cart matches the item count on your receipt!! We were charged for 4 items that were not purchased for a total of $10.50 on our trip today. I can see 1 item being an accident, but 4? Not sure what is going on. We frequent Gleaners and spend a great deal of money every time we go in to support the community. This is not the first time we have noticed the bill seeming more than it should have, but the first time we counted our items and noticed the multiple item overcharge after we left. I am not sure of the employees name, but it's the girl with the bandana on her head. There is a no-return policy and by the time we realized this the store was closed. It may have happened to others as I believe it is not the first time it has happened to me. Needless to say, if I return to Gleaners, I will be watching the cashier like a hawk to make sure I am not "overcharged" once again.

Gleaners is back to the Mask to enter their store. I use to go there , but now I won't go back due to wearing a ridiculous unnecessary mask in there. At this time MOST stores do not require a mask to enter. I think this is a decision at gleaners that comes from the manager only.Now as of aug 2022 they have on their door mask for unvaccanited and no masks for vaccinated! Get real mgr! You have no right to ask people for their medical info!!!!

This is very cute store with nice employees but the way they handle prices is ridiculous. There are no prices on items and they just make them up as you are checking out and they are crazy expensive. Very disappointing.

I love Gleaners they help so many people . I was helping a vet he had bad clothes I went in Jen the manager was wonderful told me to get clothes for him . All the workers work so hard there it’s a beautiful caring store . I take seniors in there they say all of them are so nice . I have seen people come in there that were so mean just MEAN and she was so nice back to them . Iam 69 years old some of these people that come in there can’t believe it when . You get a nasty mouth in there . It’s so sad there’s always some . How about people that go in there and that makes there DAY . Let’s all try kindness in this world . Thank you GLEANERS for the 20 years of us all finding treasures . Thank you JEN and gals for caring so much to make the store a special gift to so many shoppers

Unlike other resale shops (like Goodwill) they are non profit and all of their proceeds go back into the community. Great store, great staff, great prices.
