Anytime Cedar Lake is the best gym in town! Love Tina, Stephanie and Andrea. Miguel and John are trainers that really motivate and always shake things up to keep it fun and challenging. Great equipment, clean and tidy. Highly recommend joining!

I really appreciate the friendly staff and trainer. It’s nice to see a smiling face welcoming you when you walk in. The trainers are great and aren’t afraid to share their knowledge!
