“I was able to research and reserve the truck that I wanted on the website pay for it and pick it up it was all very easy and I highly recommend it. I got a 10-ft moving van and it was just what I needed, I was done in 4 hours and took it back it was perfect.”
“We rented a U-Haul from another location in Indy and they didn't have anything we actually requested in our reservation. I called almost six locations before this one. When I called, an actual person answered the phone (amazing!) and she was extremely helpful locating furniture blankets for one-way moves (recommended two different locations) and told us exactly what locks and moving boxes she had in stock. When I arrived the store was clean, she was friendly, and it was an easy in and out experience in the midst of the move. Absolutely would recommend this over any other U-Haul location in Indy.”
“Renting a uhaul there was fast and very professional the area was clean and full of trucks lined up nicely parked the inside of the cab was clean and the back of the truck was swept out it was real nice to get into a truck that was clean and ready for me it makes it more easier to clean up after myself I would recommend renting from there to anybody I know or met thanks uhaul”

“CARMEL WELDING - U HAUL DID AN EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL JOB ON FIXING RUST IN THE FRONT END OF MY 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA ON JANUARY 3, 2022> >THEY ALSO SAW DEFECTIVE SWAY BAR LINKS AND FIXED THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE SWAY BAR LINKS AS WELL. ON THE WAY HOME I NOTICED THE TRUCKS STEERING WAS SO MUCH BETTER / TIGHTER AND NO MORE STRANGE NOISES COMING FROM THE FRONT END WHEN DOING SHARP LEFT RIGHT TURNS!!. ALSO THEY WORKED ON MY 2004 TACOMA MANY YEARS AGO AND ON THAT REPAIR SAVED MY ROTTED OUT FRAME FOR ANOTHER 2 YEARS BEFORE IT FINALLY WENT OUT AND COULD BUY ANOTHER TRUCK. KEVIN IS AN EXCELLENT WELDER!!! I WAS SENT TO CARMEL WELDING FROM O'BRIEN TOYOTA INDIANAPOLIS SERVICE DEPT MANY YEARS AGO!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR FRAME DAMAGE REPAIR!! AFTER THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED THEY REPLACED THE ZIEBART COATING AS WELL ! AAAAA+++++ EXCELLENT WORK AND FAIR PRICE !!!!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARMEL U HAUL WEDLING!! “The check-in process within the store was a little time consuming as there were many renters in line that had not yet made reservations. It was aggravating to have to wait behind them in line when I already had a reservation. I was not completely comfortable with the "online" self check-in as I know that someone from U-Haul has to come out and verify connection with operable brake lights and turn signals. The trailer was brand new. It had improved connection components and it only took 5 minutes to connect it to my trailer and I was on my way. Return was easy as well, I was able to remove it myself and leave it for check-in the next day.”
“They didn’t have my 10 ft available but upgraded me to a 15 ft for no extra cost. Alexander at the desk was super cool and informative, especially after we joked about both being named Alex. 10/10 will recommend”
“Hunted down a van here after another location (also U-Haul) told me there’d be an additional $200 deposit for no apparent reason. It’s in an odd spot and the building is in shambles, but it shares with other businesses and if you find the directional signs everything was easy enough! They have a drop box outside for after hours. Quick & convenient. Thanks!”
“We never had any issues. The staff was helpful. The facility was clean, functional, ease of access - provided plenty of carts. Facility provides some outside units but mostly climate control inside units & again were great. Moving from out of state requires some logistics but truck drop off was easy. U-Haul customer service helped on the front end with some trucking rental issues but at no fault of this Noblesville location.”
