Hate writing bad reviews but I feel this one is deserved. Called the guy with full information on what needs done he refuses to believe previous work was done and refuses to touch your bike unless you do everything he wants you to. I’ve rebuilt my carburetor completely with new stock jets and it needs put into stock spec he wants to rebuild the carburetor to charge me for it again. Shady business shady people

Very nice guy. When I dropped off my carburetors for cleaning and mentioned I don't know much about carburetors he thoroughly explained how they work and what he planned on doing to get them working again.After the talk about carbs I ended up just talking for a good hour. I can't speak to his actual mechanical fixes but I will speak for the top notch customer service. I called about an issue I was having with my quad, we discussed the issue at length and he inquired about my personal mechanical ability. After that he gave me some ideas and ways to fix what he thought it was and he was spot on. It has never ran better and was a simple fix. Most places would have just said drop it off and we'll take a look then charged a shop rate for a simple 10 minute fix. I know where my quad will go when I have another problem I don't want to mess with.
