Absolutely outstanding company! The customer service was hands down the best I have received in years if not ever. I called the day before I needed the sign when I realized I got my husbands age wrong and he was turning 40 not 39 this year. The lady on the phone let me know they were done for the day as it was after 530 when I called. I explained my situation and she worked with me and let me know the sign would be here in the afternoon. They got it here and it was even better than I expected as a very last minute rush. I will be using them again and would recommend them to everyone.

The sign was great and accomplished exactly what we wanted. Communication getting everything set up was a little sketchy. By all means, use this company; just make sure everyone is on the same page. I recommend a photo be sent to confirm the sign is in place.

If there was an option to give them 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, I should have read the reviews before ordering from them because they have MANY poor reviews. As an event planner, this is the WORST experience I have had with another vendor. They delivered my sign on the wrong day and spelled the names incorrectly on the sign. We could not use the sign for our event because of this. There was absolutely no communication from them or an apology. When I asked for a refund for the sign, Darcy ignored my email and ducked my messages. Under no circumstance will I ever use them again or recommend them to anyone. Unbelievable!!

Yard Art, where should I start. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY. I ordered to have my sign placed Friday evening as the rude Women who sets up appointment and also takes the money agreed after I paid in full. She stated that all signs are up for 48 hours from delivery date. The sign was not put down on Friday evening or night as her and I discussed at the time of payment. I called Friday night at 2:20 am and left a message due to me and my loved ones from out of town waiting all night for the sign to be placed and to take pictures. I gets a call from the disrespectful lady that sets up appointments Saturday morning. I explained to her that the sign had not been placed. She argued with me that her driver brought the sign out at 10 pm and the driver has no reason to lie,,, well sorry the driver Falsified documents and the sign was never delivered and the money was removed days before out of my account. She would not refund my money she” stated that we had been in the phone for 10 minutes now what do I want her to do? Mind you we are celebrating a death and through these hard times after I have paid my money with you company you can be rude and not stand behind customer service and what I paid for in advance. She said she didn’t have time and hung up in my face. Where is the customer service??? She was very unprofessional and I would not recommend their services for your pet. I have no reason to lie nor call you at 2:20 am as we patiently waited for the sign to be placed. This is sad please be aware of who you spend your hard earned dollars with they will take your payment and not deliver the sign when it’s supposed to be delivered. It’s sad I just simply wanted a refund and also to discuss the unprofessionalism. My family and I would not recommend this company to know one. Beware of this place and the Witch that has no customer service, professionalism nor empathy when it comes to her worker not delivering and Falsified documents on the delivery. I’m upset beyond words.

I ordered a sign on the very morning of my Neice’s 16th Birthday & received it around noon (Friday March 12, 2021) and for that I’m well pleased? However, I was never told nor thought to ask how long the sign would be borrowed/loaned, assuming by the rate charged ($65) that we would have it to enjoy at least 3 full days (‘til the following Monday). But to my dismay it was removed early Sunday morning, before she could retrieve the few dollars attached to it given by a Pennsy Trail traveler here in Irvington ?Maybe the Yard Art Signs’ delivery/pickup person, who was nice enough to remove the attached balloons and place them on the porch, mistakenly thought that the money was a gratuity L?L. Those two issues prevented a 5 ⭐️ rating.

Ordered a yard sign for my cousin’s graduation party.Insured the sign would be placed Friday night for a Saturday 2p function. The morning of the event the sign had not been put up yet. I called numerous times that morning to get clarification but nobody answered the phone. I received a call back at 12:30p stating the driver was unable to locate the house (funny because I googled the address and the directions were clear as day). Regardless of the fact that they couldn’t find the location, why wasn’t I notified first thing in the morning about the complication? I had to call them several times. Ensuring me that there would not be someone available before the 2pm function to put the sign up, I was offered a refund. Now here it is a week later and I cannot seem to have anyone from their facility give me a call back in regards to my refund that has not been initiated yet.

Ordered a sign for my father’s Birthday, received it on Friday and it was picked up Saturday night. I was never told it was a 24 hr delivery. I’ve seen yard signs in other peoples yards for days before from this company and never was told mine was only 24 hrs for the amount of money I paid, seems like price gauging to me. Not at all happy especially because my father never had a chance to see it for his surprise birthday party on Sunday evening. I’ll be contacting the BBB
