I interviewed six plastic surgeons to repair and corset my platysma muscle in my neck, as well as, tighten the jowls and the muscles in my lower face. I experienced a mishap during a previous procedure (with a different plastic surgeon) that broke the corset, so I needed to feel safe and sure I was in the right hands. I was looking for someone who could perform a deep plane lift which gives a longer more natural look. A coworker had the exact procedure I was looking for with Dr. Winslow and she looked great…very natural with no distortion. I was also impressed with the fact that Dr. Winslow worked in reconstructive surgery at Walter Reed. Dr. Winslow was the last surgeon I spoke to out of the six and I knew right then that she was the one I was going with to do my lift. She answered all my questions in a kind and intelligent manner. I mentioned that there was a deep scar left from the previous procedure and she said she could help make it less noticeable. Three months later I went in for my surgery. Before I drifted off I reminded her of my chin scar. She said she would have seen it and fixed it without a reminder. It now looks so much better.I was provided with all the information I need to prepare for my surgery and I felt very cared for in my post surgery appointments. I am a month out (it takes 12 months to see full results), but I can say I am very pleased with the results. Her staff is amazing. I had some questions that I would normally feel were too sensitive to ask, but the nurse Triste is such a knowledgable, easy, caring person I felt comfortable asking her. Also, Dr. Winslow provided a direct line to her post surgery for any important questions which I have never experienced with any doctor. I could not be happier with the procedure and service I received from Dr. Winslow, as well as, the entire staff!

Dr. Winslow does great work and with a lovely bedside manner. She listened to my questions and offered advice without being pushy. I was very satisfied with my results. Additionally, her staff is always ready to answer questions and are upbeat and professional in their work. It's a winning team at Winslow's!

I got a nose procedure done about 2.5 years ago, but it’s unfortunately just as crooked as it was before. The profile view was fixed, which I’m pleased with, but the head-on view was not. I was waiting to write a review, hoping the ongoing healing process was the reason for the crookedness. But I can’t help but to think it wasn’t done properly to some degree.
Additionally, I previously received a somewhat aggressive email from the doctor after she thought she read a bad review from me. It wasn’t written by me… but this one is! She admitted to having the wrong person and tried to make it right, which I appreciated, but I was confused and shaken when she confronted me. Maybe if it the results were satisfying she wouldn’t need to address bad reviews.
I’m not totally happy with my nose, but I know a lot of people have a good experience with her.

I had SUCH an amazing experience at Winslow’s! I felt right at home when I walked in. I never felt so comfortable during a spa treatment. Kelsey, who did my facial, was super gentle with me and tentative to my skin needs. Seriously, you are in good hands if you use their services!

I think Winslow is greedy for money and openly stated in their non refundable agreement you will sign prior any surgery. This technicaly means that you give your money away under all circumstances, including any medical problems you may have. Cannot dispute your money through the credit card company because you sign it with your own hand. I highly recommend you consult with your attorney before making any steps forward. Her photo gallery (cherry picked) looks much better than real job based on my surgery outcome. Do not get in Winslow trap, could get done nothing with big money loss!

Everyone in this building has been so helpful, kind, and informative. Dr. Winslow did my procedure 6 months ago and is definitely one of the best. Gentle, responsive, and very experienced. Triste the head nurse has been wonderful every step of the way as well. If you ever have a question you can reach out to them and they are always timely on getting back to you with any concern you may have. I have referred several people to this office because of the great experience I’ve had. I appreciate this team more than they know, they’ve been able to give me the boost I’ve always wanted.

EXCELLENT experience and care! Rhinoplasty for both function and appearance. The BEST in expertise and artistic ability! Dr. Winslow never saw a picture of my mom, but my “improved” nose looks so natural, that she gave me my mom’s nose (even a lil better! Lol!), balanced to our petite features! I get compliments of how much I favor my mom now! Thought about the procedure for years, researched for years, and so glad I found Dr. Winslow! Entire process and and all staff are outstanding !! Trust your face to skill, precision, and art, that Dr Winslow consistently delivers!!

Dr. Winslow and her office are amazing!! I cannot believe how beautiful my nose looks and it’s only been one week since my surgery. I’ve had so many compliments from my family, friends, and coworkers, I wish I would have done this sooner!!The entire process has been stress free and so organized. Her staff is incredibly knowledgeable and so kind. You can hear the smile in their voice on the phone and it genuinely feels like everyone loves to be working there. You get so much information before your surgery and everything is easy to read and follow.I used to hate taking and looking at pictures of myself but now I have been looking for any excuse to look in the mirror or take pictures. If you are on the fence about surgery, go to Dr. Winslow, you won’t regret it!!

If you're of a certain age or just want a little pick-me-up, Triste is just the person to see! She really knows her stuff and never tries to convince you to do anything you're not comfortable with. She's also super hygienic--I once accidentally touched my face after she had cleaned it off, and she re-cleaned the area for me. She's also the sweetest and has a great sense of humor. Nose job with terrible results and little to no support from doctor or employees. They tried to do a steroid injection which made worse results, they did too much in one small area and created a discolored dent in my skin. Nose looks worse than it did pre-op. 2yrs post-op and its still thick skin, puffy, and simply not the results they promised. I do not reccomend this place, especially trusting them to do facial surgery on you. They refused to acknowledge my concerns with the healing of my nose.I have to deal with the terrible results she gave me for the rest of my life.

Dr. Winslow is amazing! She performed a rhinoplasty for me, and her work is just beautiful. She is very knowledgeable and has understood me and addressed my concerns throughout the process. Her team, the staff and surgical nurse were very nice and great people. I would definitely recommend! Thank you Dr. Winslow! :)
