My eye doctor had me use this pharmacy for the eye drops he prescribed. They were sent to me fine each with three refills. I needed a refill. Their automated call line would not take my refill. I never got to speak to anyone. They took a voicemail with a promised callback that never happened. I tried three times. Once I called at 5pm and was told they were closed though the hours were open till 6. I had the scripts transferred to a different pharmacy and would never use them again.

Called in prescription 8am arrive to pick up at 5pm only to find out the prescription is out of stock. At no point was I given a call to inform me which would have given me the option to go elsewhere. I take full responsibility for my health and the situation I am in but this place should understand the importance of communication so people can explore other options.

Prior to my eye Dr. prescribing a medication through Willowbrook Pharmacy, I had not heard of the business.I have had many good experiences with Willowbrook. They filled the prescription quickly, delivered it to my door and did so in a timely fashion.When it was time to refill, my insurance allowed a different price. Of course, it was higher.Willowbrook called and discussed with me the best way to dispense the medication so that I could work the cost into my budget.My most recent interaction with Willowbrook was this week. I ran out of medication. I thought I had another month, I did not.Symantha spoke with me about the current cost of the medication. She explained that a number of medications have gone up in cost and she would help me find the best way to dispense the medication.I have mail-in service through my insurance and usually find it the most reasonable. Symantha understood and said she would work with my insurance company and see if they could match my insurance price. If not, she understood and went through all the types of medications available, generic or not. She also explained how the generic was usually prescribed. After talking with her, I decided that I did not want the generic and went on to call the physician for a new prescription.I got a text this morning to call Willowbrook. Sumantha had text and asked for a call back, she was still working on the prescription, wondering if I needed any help with obtaining the prescription and quoted me the current price. It was higher than my mail-in price and she was willing to work with me, but the difference was sizeable.I have trained customer service representatives in the past. Believe me, Symantha is the most caring, informative and responsive representative I have dealt with recently.She went out of her way to explain various things, called back on her own with willingness to help. She has a pleasant voice and a caring personality. Even though I could not use Willowbrook this time, she understood and explained if I had any questions about any future prescriptions to feel free to call. They could be of help.

Jonathan in the phone center turned a bad experience into a good one. I spoke with Teresa at the pharmacy as well, and she was also very kind. Their customer service skills are unmatched, and I hope they receive recognition for their efforts!

Great place for our mom. She has been here 2 years now. The food and people are excellent. They have the best activities director. Like most places they could have more help but they are personable and caring with there patients and families.

I love this pharmacy! They always fill my prescriptions quickly, the store is easy to get to, my medications are more affordable through them, and their customer service is great. I highly recommend Willowbrook Pharmacy.

Left message and they don’t return the call. I call 5 min before close and they picked up the phone and hung up on me 2 times. Then when I called again it said closed. I wouldn’t have to call again if they would have called me back before close.

Transferred a prescription from CVS that cost me way less at this pharmacy. I came in 10 minutes before they closed before they even texted me that it was ready and they were still able to fill it for me on late notice. Kind and nice staff. Grateful I am able to go to this pharmacy and pleased with the service.

I LOVE THIS PHARMACY! The customer service is amazing and every time I come in the staff is so sweet. I am able to get both my medications as well as medications for my animal. The pharmacy really makes it easy to make sure I'm getting the best price no matter what. Just a great place all around!

Awful, awful, awful customer service. The texted link doesn't recognize our home address and their system does not allow for a way to change it. Calling them puts us on hold forever, then we get told to leave a message...and they don't call back. This has happened at least three times. It would be nice if they were customer-oriented instead of business-oriented. Not a fan.

I was referred to this pharmacy from my doctor in Fort Wayne, so I used their delivery system to have a prescription mailed to me. When I needed a refill, I was texted, but the link did not work. I’ve tried calling, but their phone system gets you all the way to “caller number one,” and then prompts you to leave a voicemail. I’ve also tried emailing, but still NO response! It has now been 2 months!! Still waiting for a reply to one of my messages….

I usually get very stressed going to the pharmacy, but the customer service and professionalism from this place incredible. Kevin the pharm tech really made me feel welcomed and stress free, Julie the pharmacist (beautiful women btw) answered all my questions, if you’re still going to CVS you must like having an anxiety attack trying to pick up flu meds.
