Need an alignment that Belle tire, Big-O, Mineke, etc. won't give you because it will "take you out of the green"?These things are no problem for Aaron at Northwest Frame and Alignment. He did a great job accommodating all of these and gave me the best alignment my car has ever had. Also he likely has more knowledge of automotive suspensions and alignments then every commercial shop in the greater Indy area put together.Seriously Aaron knows his stuff, got me in quick, and the price was reasonable to boot. What more can you ask for?”

“Capital Used Tires saved my life!!! I blew out two tires and had to park in a parking lot overnight and was worried about having to pay for not only two tires but also a tow, but they have roadside and came to my car and changed my tires for me!! By the time I got a ride to my car the man (unfortunately I did not get his name) was already halfway done! Quick and easy, they came out on a Sunday within less than an hour of me calling them. And the tires were much more affordable than other tire places! 1000000% recommend Capital Used Tires!”

I called ahead to let the lady know I was on my way from greenfield, In. I told her I would be right around 5pm.
Got there 505pm. Doors all locked. A gentleman walked out never said anything to me. I called the auto dealer side and they were able to call over and just so happen a gentleman was still there I believe Bob. He let me in and helped me. He was actually the one who checked me in when I left my vehicle. Thank goodness for him. They need to fix there close time on website. Plus if a customer calls and says they are on there way and you have not seen them and your going to lock up. Good customer service would have called me to check.
Or do we not have that kind of customer service any more in our world. Just saying.

“They were prompt and professional as well as in my price range, pull up if u need rims or wheels,but beware they dint do wheel alignments nor will they let you know if you need one or should get one,so yes they slapped rims, tires and even spray painted my rotors but my alignment was not right so my tires and rims were ruined!”
