Slowest, worst pharmacy. Super frustrating.

The receptionist who worked the evening shift at this location on 1/14 is extremely rude. I've read other reviews for this location, and I wouldn't be surprised if we're all referring to the same person. Walgreens should foster a professional and friendly environment and I'm afraid this receptionist is doing the opposite with how rude and unfriendly she behaves toward customers.

I just had the worst experience ever at this location. I ordered an online order my son get there and the cashier that is their name. Bonnie always rude always no CUSTOMER SERVICE and I generally don’t say anything but you know what this time I am. I’m calling they’re picking up the phone and hanging it up not trying to answer it. My son is standing there. Bonnie can’t find the online order that had been placed over an hour ago that I got confirmation for on top of that this lazy shift Manager Claudia is useless. No help on her cell phone standing in the back. She just leaves my son standing there not acknowledging him. Tgey are just trolling around not telling my son anything not saying anything to him about the order. He’s just standing there and nobody’s even assisting him. This Location has just really gone down. The new shift manager doesn’t know how to treat customers and it’s really sad. They need to change personnel. I’ve said it’ so many times stop just hiring anybody or just keeping people there just to fill a place. It just really sucks that they still have the same rude people at this location and I’m telling you I am done getting anything from this store and I’m gonna file an official complaint. I’ve dealt with so much with this store with Walgreens in general and I’m never open my mouth in two years, but I’m tired of spending my money and getting this ignorance from these employees.

Pharmacy did not accurately inform me about my prescription not being ready. Said it was, came up to the store, per usual it wasn’t—this is the third and last time. This has been a repeated situation. Made me late for work as well. I recognize they are short staffed. However, telling the person the prescription is ready and waiting until the person gets there and telling them it isn’t ready and then have to wait is not ok. Its ok that is wasn’t ready. The lack of communication made me late for work, and unfortunately I needed the prescription. Just be honest.

Every time that I have filled a RX from this pharmacy on Rangeline Road, they never gave me the prescribed amount of pills. I am always short, they say they will fix it and they never do, usually the lines are so long you give up - it is always crowded! I’m moving so I don’t have to worry about that pharmacy anymore. The Pharmacist there is visibly overwhelmed.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. There is always a line, everyone behind the the counter walking around blankly. You will never get through a 3 person line in less than 20minutes. The regular grocery part is fine, it is just the pharmacy that is literally the worst in central Indiana

Pharmacy hours state 6 am however they opened around 6:15 am instead causing me to be late to drop my daughter off and late to work. Maybe you should change your hours to make sure that your staff can be on time or make sure your staff show up on time.

This has been my pharmacy for years, but tonight I had the worst experience. I was treated so rudely by one of the pharmacy techs. Not sure this can be my pharmacy anymore :(

Need a medication that was called in, I’m incredibly sick, and have been on hold for 20 minutes with the pharmacy, no one answers, it will play music, ring, the loop me back to playing music

Was told my ups package was too big to accept. The box weighed less than 5 pounds and I was told by shipper to return at that location. Still unsure as to why clerk at counter would not allow a drop off but other location accepted with no problem.

I was there before I went to CVS and I am having my prescription transferred to a Walgreens. They are so much more polite and considerate. They have empathy and are not judgmental. No wonder they’re doing better financially

Can always guarantee that prescriptions are never ready or in stock despite knowing i order same irems regularly. Even if i go to trouble to submit refills days ahead in case they might screw up, can always guarantee they'll be late.
