We really appreciated how quick we got in and out of community urgent care at Walgreens. IU urgent care showed 3 hour wait no reservation.

My child has visited this clinic several times. It’s easy to schedule and check in for appointments. We love Kandace: she’s kind, caring, competent, and relates well to my teen.

Jenny Casburn, NP was incredible. She was very polite, professional, and straight to the point on her questions and answers. I felt very comfortable and believed she gave as good as service as any provider I have been with. Highly Recommended!

I felt more valued than when I go to my normal PCP. The time spent, and detail to checking me out, plus actually listening to me regarding my symptoms.

Haley was very thorough in checking out my symptoms. She explained my diagnosis clearly and reviewed how to take the recommended medications.

Flew in to Carmel to speak at a conference. Staying at the Carmichael Hotel. Woke up sick as a dog. Took an Uber over to the Community Clinic. How lucky was I to be treated by Mrs. Nekia Stanley, a nurse practitioner. Got me on some meds, cough syrup, steroids. I was able to pull off a decent presentation the next morning. Thank you Nekia. You saved the trip for me.

Don’t go here for a Covid test…. We went in August for what we thought were free Covid tests. Fine print reads that Covid tests are free but they’ll charge you for a 30 minute office visit ($109)! So frustrating. Inside the building for two minutes. We didn’t have anything extra done besides the nasal swab. We even filled out paperwork on a computer. Never actually talked to a human.

Walgreens in Carmel, Rangeline Rd. Total Disorganization for getting vaccinations and shots. If you make an appointment for a certain time all the paperwork should be ready for the day for everybody that’s coming in for an appointment. Paper should be pulled And ready to be filled out signed by customer as they check in. One person behind the counter should take care of filling prescriptions and another person should be taking care of vaccinations. To wait an hour after your appointment to get a vaccination is not right.

The provider didn’t act invested. When I told her my symptoms she said if I want blood work I would have to go elsewhere. Didn’t even take my blood pressure. Won’t go back.
