I don't know how to describe the telephone service provided by this pharmacy. Besides being terrible... it all comes down to the fact that it doesn't exist... don't even bother leaving your prescriptions because they never tell you when they are ready, nor do they answer the phone when you call.

Came 2 days in a row. First time waited for 10 min- told would be with me shortly but never came; Sunday came and saw 4 cars in line close to 1:30. Parked & walked in to wait. They had closed for linch. No hours posted on the plastic baracade barring access to the pharmacy area. Evidently they closed from the time I parked to the time they were to go to lunch. Inadequate staff who are stressed from having inadequate staff yo manage customer medication filling needs. Have to go back for a 3rd time in 2 days. Need to be open for set times all during the day- having various people leave for lunch but leaving some to complete orders people waiting.

Someone keeps trying to get a hold of me about something saying I complained to cooperate. I have no idea why they have been calling me and harassing me then while I tried switching to a Walgreens closer to me they denied my doctor's request to switch Walgreens. The last pharmacy technician that ran the Walgreens there forever I never had issues with now I'm getting odd and rude phone calls. I don't have time to deal with weird people from Walgreens trying contact me and say I complained about them to cooperate when I never did. Someone has been giving out my phone number but it doesn't justify why they are being rude to me. I just wanted to switch because I don't live in that area anymore and every new pharmacist I get from that Walgreens keeps giving me issues about a medication I've been taking for 20 years. Pharmacist act like they are doctors. I believe there's a giant difference between a pharmacy tech and an actual doctor.

The most ghetto Walgreens I've ever worked with. It is literally hit or miss if they answer the phone. There is usually one clerk working between the drive thru and the front counter. The wait times are absolutely brutal. Lord help you if you have a question or issue with your copay. Days of incompetence and failure is all you have to look forward too. This God awful location actually makes me appreciate my mail order pharmacy!

I have been sitting in their drive thru pick up line for over 30 mins. now.
I am 2nd car in line.
This is due to the woman in front of me decided she was going to transfer her script & have it filled here now.
Instead of telling her she should come in to do this the tech is just doing everything she asks.
I have witnessed 4 cars leave the line. Only reason I haven’t is because I’m blocked in.
Very unprofessional.

Generally a good experience, but the drive through is very slow. Just be prepared to wait a few minutes.

So I place my prescription order at 2 am and get a phone call the NEXT DAY ( over 24 hours later ) to say we are in the process of filling your order. I needed my prescriptions this morning that's why I placed my order yesterday. Well Walgreens you finally did it . I'm going to Kroger.

This Walgreen cards you when you buy NON-ALCOHOLIC beers (0.0% alcohol content, Budweiser Zero). I googled it trying to understand why. It said that’s because they look so similar to alcoholic beers and the establishment might not trust their employees to always distinguish between them!

Pharmacy closes and leaves my wife, being discharged from the hospital in an hour, without CRITICAL medication that her Dr called in on Friday.

Walgreens Pharmacy at Michigan and 106th is absolutely horrible! Avoid, avoid, avoid! Went to a completely empty pharmacy this evening, 15 minutes before they closed, after spending several hours with my husband in the Riverview Urgent Care across the street. My husband was in significant pain and needed medication to sleep. Long story short, we were unceremoniuosly told to return in the morning with no additional assistance or recommendations (for example one of his medications could of been filled with a slightly less potent OTC medication which we later found out from the incredibly helpful staff at CVS). The pharmacy wasn't even busy? You could tell that the young man attending the counter and Pharmacist in the back had no care or concern as healthcare "professionals" (quotes because I found nothing about my experience at Walgreens professional). Will never use Walgreens Pharmacy again!

Worst new Pharmacist ever!!! Not sure if Bill is gone for good or what... but the new lady and some techs are doing a horrible job. She has cancelled... yes "accidentally" cancel at least 4 refills and then tells me I have to call my doctor for new prescriptions?! What? How are you that bad at your job? Then I call to get a refill and she says she doesn't see it.. sorry. I said I have the number in front of me. No. Need new prescription. I called another Walgreens and a tech said she could absolutely see that I have a refill and called the pharmacist. She will ruin this Walgreens! I'm will be transferring asap!

I will never ever go to this store! Western Union service is so bad. I should have paid eight dollars fee but there is another cancelled transaction that charged thirty dollars on same day. The screen showed both transactions according to the cashier but she chose $30 and insisted charging me overpriced!!! I would give them zero rate if there’s an option. No honesty no business!

This is the cleanest non-cluttered Walgreens I think I have ever been in. Aisles were neat and well stocked. I saw at least 5 employees counting the two in the pharmacy. Store outside was trash free and bushes cut back. All locations need this amount of care. Pharmacy employee was friendly and rang up our health items with our pharmacy items.

Ty to the pharmacy staff for changing the husband's appointment at another Walgreens to this one. Couples that get shots together get to complain together when they get pseudo sick. :P
