“We were newer patients, barely a year, when it was time to say goodbye to our 14 year old dog. The whole staff was always wonderful. The last two weeks as we struggled to figure out if it was the correct time to say goodbye, Dr. Dan treated us with such compassion, patience and understanding. He answered a multitude of emails, he came out to the front when we took her in for a weight check, and he even came in on his day off to put her to sleep. During the procedure he gently walked us through the process making sure we had all the time we needed. We highly recommend Clayton Family Vet.”

“I can't give enough of a praise for "Sherlock Bone Animal.Hospital." A friend of mine recommended them to me. I called and I told them I needed help with my dachshund male. I got an appointment that day. I was told, what was needed; and given antibiotics and pain pills for Bullet proof.I found the bill unbelievable for first time visit. So friendly office.I was given a price to do the teeth. And it was less than all my other quotes.I went to my veterinarian for over ten years and never received a bill as lower, than this first time visit. To make a long story short. I couldn't be happier.I was told to bring Bullet proof in between 7- 8, and drop him off. I called around 10 a.m to see how Bullet was doing.The receptionist asked would I like to speak to the doctor.I'm 79 years old and a retired Pastor. If you need great care for your pets . Try them for yourself. I m making an appointment for my female dachshund.Tell them Pastor Venus Stafford-retired sent you”

“We had a wonderful experience at VCA in Carmel on Saturday. Julianna was incredibly kind, gentle and compassionate with our dog, Buddy. Buddy was in pain and we weren’t sure if it was his toe or knee or hip or back. They worked us in what we are sure was already a full, busy Saturday. “Being from New Jersey, we found ourselves far from home and, our beloved veterinarian, when our 7 year old Golden Retriever became ill. It was a Sunday afternoon when Charlie developed a sudden illness. Luckily we called our daughter's veterinarian, Cottage Animal Clinic of Carmel, and they suggested MedVet. When we arrived at 5:30 the place was packed. We read previous reviews and braced for the worst. We expected that it would be expensive and we expected that the wait would be long. Neither of those expectations were disappointing. We were there for 5 hours and it was expensive but they solved Charlie's problem and he's been on the mend since. They've also been pretty responsive with follow up questions and have been in sync with our veterinarian. I can't give them a 5 star because they don't deliver services that support their pricing but ... if the decided to dedicate themselves to great customer service, people wouldn't mind paying the prices they charge. Also, pray for those families and pets that need their services. Ciao.”
