Going into a corporate location, I wouldn’t expect to hear racially insensitive comments. Cameron needs sensitivity training. He’s not someone I’d want to work with.

We recently upgraded our phones, and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at the Greyhound Pass Verizon store. First of all, the store is very nice. But, more importantly, the salespeople that work here work so nicely together. Our rep, Jeff, was a fairly new employee and he was amazing. If he couldn't answer our question, he promptly asked a colleague for assistance. The colleague provided assistance without making it seem like Jeff was intruding. They genuinely want Jeff to succeed. Kudos to the managers who worked right by his side. Thanks for a great experience!

Trying to talk to a real person at Verizon but no luck. I was charged $800 for new phone and my monthly bill doubled. I’m very upset.

It's well laid out, clean and tidy. The staff is helpful and courteous. If you are a Verizon customer or looking to be one it is a good place to shop. I needed a new SIM card for my new Pixel. It took more time than it should have but they got the job done.

We came in on Saturday to switch from a different company. We entered the store, no one greeted us, no asked if we needed any help. No worries they were busy well wait we thought.About 40 minutes later someone else came in to the store and they were immediately greeted and added to the wait list.I went up to someone and asked hey we've been here for a while, no one talked to us no one told us about getting registered. They told us we were fifth in line and it would be another 1 or more hours.We just left, this is the third time we have come to this store to try and get help. It always either system is down or we get ignored.Verizon really needs to work on their customer service...

I had to return to the Verizon store with my senior citizen parents. This time we worked with Deangelo. He was a great, so patient and kind. I can't say enough about this store. Everyone seemed to work as a team. They were efficient and friendly. Making the online appointment was a convenient option as well.

Chase was an amazing help when i was struggling how to start a new line. he even stayed like 30 minutes after they closed just to set me up!! he was very welcoming and nonchalant about staying at the store late

I was about to buy a new phone and upgrade my plan when the the salesperson, Cameron, told me and my boyfriend that we didnt look like tech savvy people to need a higher plan. I had to walk out just out of principal. By the way, I am a data engineer and was probably building websites and was a systems/network administrator when he was just a toddler. I will take my business elsewhere.
