Chase is the best! He helped myself and my husband with upgrading our phones and Apple watches. He was so patient when we hit a bump in the road with the transfer and made sure we got everything transferred fully. I would whole heartedly recommend this Verizon location and Chase to all of my network. 10/10!!

Chase was the absolute best. He was very kind and knowledgeable. This was the easiest experience I have ever had at a Verizon TCC location! I will definitely come back again for any upgrades I need in the future!

Victor at this location was amazing! He was able to fix my phone after I had another worker at a different location try to tell me I had to get a new phone!!! He was so nice and courteous and helpful!

If I could give a zero I would. My phone battery blew up and I paid $35 insurance to get new phone delivered. The guy, I won't mention any names reprogrammed my new phone tranferring precious pics of mine & setting up the new phone (again paid for that). Gave the guy a tip even. He told me to mail the old phone within 5 days back in the envelope assuring provided. My gut told me , and I was right, is that safe ??? Bcuz if something goes wrong, etc I'll have to pay $75. So I asked the guy, can I just give verizon the phone just to make sure. He Said no, just put it in envelope and put in a mail box. I asked about stamps or shipping. Nope he said just put in the envelope and drop it in a mail box. Well I did just that. And assurion never got the phone & charged me $75!!!! All bcuz this employee was not trained properly or whatever the deal is but Assurion told me he should have told me to take it to postoffice and scan the code on envelope. Never ever did he tell me this! How many other people has he given this wrong info to that are out of 75bucks ??,!!! Again, I know his name but I won't say it. Assurion will not refund my $75 thanks to this employee and that is unacceptable. Perhaps verizon ought to take $75 out if this employees paycheck to pay me for his ignorant mistake!!! Are u telling me he doesn't know the protocol for returning a phone that will cost a customer $75 if not done properly???? This is beyond unacceptable. And I did my due diligence asking specifically what to do!!! I am beyond livid and want restitution
