This may be a long review but I have so many good things to say about this salon! They are doing everything right!
1 - The salon looks like a spa - it smells very good and is immaculate! Very soothing colors.
2 - The owner/front desk/reception is always very friendly and accommodating. When I verified the services I wanted, she shared the additional cost right away. No surprises!
3 - My technician was available right at my appointment time (even a few minutes early). I have been frustrated with other salons when I show up for an appointment on time and they are running 20 minutes behind due to taking a last minute walk in (a quick check of the sign in book confirms this). I understand the desire to accommodate walk ins but please be respectful of appointment times.
4 - You can book an appointment online and choose a technician (if you wish). The app is easy to navigate and all of the services are listed. More importantly you don’t run the risk of making an appointment with a specific technician only to find out “they are no longer with the salon” and they just book you with someone else. This has happened to me several times and I would have appreciated a heads up and given the opportunity to choose another technician.
5 - Lastly, the best part. Ryan did a full set of acrylics and they are beautiful! I have short stubby fingers and sometimes I walk out looking like I have shoeboxes on my fingers ?. The polish was done perfectly. No pooling or sloppy work around my cuticles. He was quick but not rushed. And I appreciated being in and out in a timely manner.

As a frequent visitor of this nail salon, I'm always blown away by the team's attention to detail and commitment to bringing my unique acrylic nail designs to life. The technicians are not only highly talented, but also deeply invested in ensuring I leave feeling completely satisfied with the final result. The welcoming, collaborative environment makes the entire experience an absolute pleasure. I can't recommend this gem of a salon enough to anyone seeking a personalized and top-notch mani/pedi.

Jessica is my fave! She’s so sweet and she does the best pedi I’ve found in Carmel. I feel so comfortable coming in and being about to enjoy their services they have to offer

First time I went was perfect, but today was terrible and so disappointing. The way she was taking my nails off was painful most of time which I have never experienced that before. Then I asked for one coat of a blue and two coats of funny bunny on top to make a milky color. She only gave me one coat of each and when I asked for another coat of the funny bunny like I asked she said no. Which I’m not sure why I couldn’t have that….. Let alone I came out to my car to see she left my hands with glue all over them and they look terrible because she wouldn’t do another coat of what I asked for and the shape is terrible and so uneven not that I was even asked what shape I wanted…. Wouldn’t come back.

overall a great experience— very kind staff, only took an hour for my service, and nail tech did a beautiful job. she accidentally nicked me one time when filing, but helped me and apologized immensely. really awesome and will be coming back. def recommend tiffany for your nails! BTW: my nails were $100 after a tip! also the white on my hands were entirely my fault ?♀️

I cannot say enough amazing things about Venus Nails. I always get dip (either tips or on my regular nails) and they have never gotten it wrong. They are so kind and they truly make it the best experience possible. Their prices are very reasonable, especially with how amazing the quality of their services are. I normally see Andy and he is AMAZING at what he does. Chloe, the owner, is as sweet as can be. Highly recommend!

The staff in here is so incredibly friendly. Each nail tech I have had has been amazing. And has went beyond to make sure my experience is great.
