I’m unsure what you grumpy people in the reviews are experiencing. I could not be more pleased with my UPS experience. I dropped off two VERY LARGE items for return with the shipping labels pre printed and one item needed a box. The nice man simply grabbed my item, measured it, and charged me 36$ for everything. I will continue doing business with this wonderful, helpful, successful location. Great job to these employees. I wish I got the name of the very helpful man that I worked with.

This store is great. They get super busy. So people must be complaining. They have a wait sometimes but they usually are pretty well staffed. I am a regular so I am always treated well. A smile goes a long way- just remember that!

This store has a fraction of the wait time that is experienced at the USPS and the people here are well trained. The twin brothers who work here are especially quick, efficient, and unflappable. Your cost will be a little higher than USPS but the efficiency and time savings at UPS Carmel is worth the difference.

Not sure if it's a new team, but man they had me out of there in record time for an Amazon return! Sometimes I've had to wait in a 5 minute line for returns at this location, not today!

I was confused about an order, asking for help and the man helping me was so rude and snarky! Barely engaged with me, then spit out rude comment that made me feel stupid.

the lady with dark curly hair acted personally offended that she had to ship a package 20 min before the store closed aka do her job. She was giggly and excited to tell me that the UPS truck had already left for the day so my package wouldn't ship until the following Monday.... like Weird flex but ok? It was ? the other employees are generally happy to help and friendly or at least not rude

Could not for the life of me get through to customer service nobody would pick up. I came into this store and A lady named Heather helped me personally with calling and wrote the numbers and instructions down for me so I could get in touch with them. Thanks Heather!

This particular UPS store has been a really nice experience for me. I was looking for notary services and the notary provider lady was kind enough to go through all my requests and notarize the documents as required. I am happy that it worked out well.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. I came in wanting to return some Amazon items, and they refused (very angrily, I might add) to accept them, saying they had to be packaged together. Amazon's entire idea is for that to not be the case to not harm the environment with useless pollution. But the staff here all love pollution, and mandated I package the items together. I asked them if they had an extra box for me to do that, saying I lived far away. Nope. Angrily said it would cost $40. If the associate had just explained the situation, nicely, fine. But it looked like she enjoyed the power she got from not accepting my return. In any case, horrible service. Steer clear of this location if you like good customer service and don't want to cause excess pollution.

Pricing is insane. Needed a box and was charged $8 which was fine. Then another fee ($5) for a service charge to put the box together and put my packages IN THE BOX, then another $6 for packing supplies…I told the guy at the counter I didn’t need any packaging supplies and just put the stuff in the box…nope! I questioned the extra $11 fee and he said that is how it is…so, it was really $22 for my box and for them to put the stuff in the box and put a piece of tape on it! All on top of the shipping cost.I have shipped at other UPS stores and have never been charged a service fee or $6 for them to tape the box shut.

I handed in on June 14, 2022 an envelope to this store with legal documents to be signed at the receiving end in Baltimore. It was to be delivered June 17. It got lost says UPS/Carmel. I then had to go through the troubles of finding an alternative way to get these documents signed (not relying on UPS). It then took me 25 days to receive a check to reimburse me for the original shipping costs. But no reimbursement for the trouble of finding an alternative way to get the documents signed. The owners simply ignored this concern. Staff members tried to be helpful. Had to make about 6 calls to get a response though. Folks don't pick up. I would be extremely cautious getting this store to ship documents. They may be good with large packages. But envelopes with legal documents, do proceed with extreme caution. Things get lost.

I want to give a big thumbs up to the UPS Store on East Carmel Drive for taking CLEAN PACKING STYROFOAM to RECYCLE & REUSE for their shipping & packing needs?? They have a way of breaking down even irregularity shaped clean PACKING styrofoam (NOT FOOD STYROFOAM). They said not to worry about bringing them too much. I WISH MORE BUSINESSES RECYCLED CLEAN PACKING STYROFOAM - GOOD JOB!
