First time here and it felt like its own destination. A little overwhelming at first looking for something specific but I pulled it up on the website and found the shelf location and it was spot on. Tons of variety here and love having gift bags and fast-chilling.

Fantastic store! It's always a fun shopping trip at Total Wine. The variety of new items as well as well stocked staple products make shopping there so easy. The staff are plentiful, very friendly and always helpful.

My mom placed a curbside order for 2 bottles of vodka and a case beer, pretty simple order. They didn’t include the vodka, which she realized the second she got home. She called them immediately and it rang and rang, and they never answered and it never went to voicemail. So she goes back in the next day and speaks to the manager, which she is polite about. First thing he says is “you didn’t check your order?” As if it’s her fault that your employees didn’t properly prepare the order. It also defeats the purpose of curbside if everyone has to get out and “check” their order for accuracy. He investigates into it a little bit and then says “oh yeah you’re right, they forget this”, because he didn’t believe her. She tells him about how she tried to call them, and he says “yeah we’re busy, sorry.” In an extremely insincere and annoyed tone. We are extremely understanding and we understand that holidays are crazy everywhere. But the condescension and accusatory tone is absolutely ridiculous, especially as we’re supporting and buying from your business, and we are long time, loyal customers.

A huge selection and friendly! My only complaint is even if you are over 40 they'll pick and choose to ask for ID! A few times customers in front of me looked younger than me and the cashier did not ask for their ID...?keep it fair for everyone and ask for everyone's imo

What a wonderful place to shop, they have everything you would want. The cashiers are a toss up, I haven’t had a problem till 11/12. The cashier who checked me out was rude and more worried about clearing her line then giving me good service.

We generally shop the Total Wine and More at HTC, but we were in Carmel for dinner and decided to stop in. My husband likes Erdinger Beer from Germany and he grabbed a 4 pack. We have had pricing problems in the recent past with the HTC store so he took a picture of the price posted at $7.79. Of course it rang up at $9.99 and then my husband pulled his phone out and showed her the picture from their shelf showing the price to be $7.79. The cashier adjusted the price, BUT IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT AWARE THAT THE STORE IS RAISING THE PRICES IN THE COMPUTER AND THEY DON'T TAKE A PICTURE OF THE POSTED PRICES, THEN THEY'RE BEING RIPPED OFF! This is a bad business practice! If you don't have the staff to change your pricing when whoever decided to raise it in the computer system, then don't raise it!!!!!

biggest beautiful liquor store you will ever see. Incredible selection, good sale prices, sample tables all around (maybe just weekends I don't know). Browsing and making a selection was a good time.

Love total wine. The employees here are always top notch. No matter what I am looking for they have the person to point me in the best direction.The selection here is second to none.You name it they probably have it.

We were looking for a specific item. Their website shows it to be in stock, but we were unable to locate it. The clerk was very helpful, called another store to verify and hold the item for us.

Fantastic! Everything about this store is great - employees, selections, prices and sampling areas. Can search their website for products too. Easy to find location with ample parking. Highly recommend.

UPDATE JULY '23: I have been here almost once a week for several months and I'm taking away a star for two reasons. The first is, and may just be bad luck on my part, many times at check out it takes way longer than it should. There will be a line, then someone has a coupon issue or a question which requires someone else to come help and in the mean time they don't open a second register. The second is they leave beer on the shelf for a loooong time. Make sure you check those dates! Some of this just comes with the territory when you have such a vast selection. Even still, this is my go to spot for alcohol and cigars when I'm in a pinch. It's a basic cigar selection but they have most of the popular stuff and good prices.____________Original review: My go to now for drinks and cigars. Vast selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The four-star rating is because I love the selection and the prices here. However, because I enjoy drinking cognac I must ring a bell and wait for a manager to come and unlock a cabinet before I can make my purchase. Sometimes I am served quickly and other times I have to stand there and wait several minutes.I've noticed recently that no matter what selection I make, I am asked why and given a suggestion for something else. I've even been offered tastings, which is a nice touch, but after a while it becomes a little annoying. I wonder if there is some sort of sales competition for who can convince the most customers to buy something other than what they came in for. If I say, "no thank you, this is my favorite" there's one manager that always replies "well I like ice cream, but I'm not going to eat it every night." It's like clockwork. A different manager (Christopher) told my fiancé and I that we should "holler at him when we're ready to step our cognac game up." I mean, really?! It came off as condescending and rude.If I'm short on time, I just want to come in, make my selection, pay and leave. The entire process makes this difficult.

Definitely come here for the prices not for the service. I feel that this is the way they handle their customers. The same rep "Christopher" has said several things disrespectful to me while I was coming to this location as a customer. This time I stopped by to grab a bottle of Cognac and chose a 750ml bottle. Not their least expensive, but "Christopher" made it a point to laugh at my selection and said that the particular bottle I picked was a classic. It has only been out since 2012. Then decided to tell me that when I decided to pick a better selection (& not in those words) let him know. That will not happen because I will start going to an establishment that will be happy no matter what I select.
