This is a great place to live, it is very quiet, me and my grandma have lived here for about 8 years now, The maintenance people here are great, Matt, and Christian as well is a very great maintenance person. They both help you with whatever is needed, And they always try to get to your apartment as soon as they can. I would say out of the seven years we have lived here, the only issue I’ve ever really had that definitely could be prevented is the parking, If you want a parking spot assigned to you that is not a public parking spot, you have to then pay $130.00 For parking inside the gate, and $100 for parking outside of the gate. And the only other thing I would say that is a little bit frustrating at times is the assistance’s in the front office, there are a lot of times where the assistance’s constantly get let go from the company, and then there are constantly new assistance’s that come in, but unfortunately, those new Assistance’s that come in to work for that job position, do not know much about the apartments or how the apartment complex works. But aside from that, this is a wonderful complex and I would highly recommend moving into this complex whether that be for someone that is looking for a new place to live, Or even if someone is looking for a temporary place to live. I’ve lived in some amazing places in Indiana and I have to say that the management here at Baldwin and Chambers is amazing. The ladies at the office have been such a great help. I’m so thankful for Mollie and Amy, they are so experienced and wonderful to work with. The apartments are beautiful along with the view and you can’t help but love to meet all the new people who travel to come see the sites. Anytime I’ve had an issue with anything I have contacted Amy and Mollie and it’s been taken care of. Please if you haven’t been here I would highly recommend it! Good food, great place to raise a family and a wonderful environment. Thank you all for being so gracious. Blessings! Jeff

We have lived at the Residences for 9 years. We have been pleased with the entire staff and especially lately. We had a maintenace situation that occured affecting both our selves and our neighbors below us. The head of our tech staff Josh had both apartments taken care of as quickly as possible. The Property Manager Amy, came to both of our apartments to make sure we were taken care of properly. We were reimbursed immediately for some property damage. All of this happened with in 4 hours. A great team effort to keep the residents at the Resiences happy with our community.
We certainly are.

We moved here in Feb. and it has been amazing. Amy, Rebecca, and Maria go above and beyond to make sure to address any questions or needs. It is so quiet here too...don't ever hear any noise from neighbors. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new home!

I just moved here from Houston, TX a few months ago! The amenities are great!! Location is fabulous! My apartment is beautiful!!! Maintenance is top notch!!! Any issues I have are fixed immediately! Amy Johnson is the best property managers! She takes care of the property and residents! We also have fun social events to meet with neighbors! Great place to live. I would highly recommend to live here!

Have lived here for two years, it is a good price for the location and square footage but management is not good. I’ve held back on posting a review because it’s a lot of small things but over the weekend I received an email that they needed to come into my apartment to remove a wasp nest that is outside my window. I’m not an expert but I didn’t feel comfortable having something like that being carried through my home with my pets. Amy responded saying she would not allow anyone inside until we spoke on the phone and would call me Monday. I never got a call and coming home Tuesday I find out she is holding our door open when my husband is coming in with our dog and they are removing the nest. My dog does not like strangers and my cat was not put away while they had the door and window open. I know there’s nothing I can do now but wanted people to be aware of the professionalism here. I’ve also experienced a fire alarm going off for the building and the firefighters couldn’t get in. The five star reviews here were a bribe for a gift card from management that was posted in the elevator.

There is no place like the Residences at Carmel City Center!! My dad recently moved here, and Property Manager Amy Johnson and her team were fabulous to work with. They treated us like family and made the process of making application, selecting a unit, and moving in so easy. They were so helpful, kind, and thoughtful. Thank you Amy and team. You made such a difference. You are a pleasure to work with!!

I have been living at the Nash building for the past couple of months in a corner apartment and I couldn't have been happier. The apartment is super chic and the location couldn't have been better. The maintainence is super prompt. The amenities offered are way too good for the price. There's a personal theater you can book with your friends, a golf simulation room, an office space, different hangout spots, gym, swimming pool and so much more. I'm trying not to be boastful but I literally live above the Grater's ice-cream shop. Oh and they charge a reasonable amount for your furry friends too. You can feel the vibe of a city life yet enjoy the quiet. What more could you ask for?

We recently moved into the Residences at Carmel City Center, and we are enjoying the property, immensely. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and they are very responsive to any inquiries we may have. The location is incredibly convenient and centrally located, granting easy access to all kinds of restaurants, events and experiences. The apartments are clean, well-designed and quiet, and our fellow residents have been very nice and welcoming.

For just over a year, my wife and I have lived at The Residences at CCC. We are in the process of finding our forever home and could not have picked a better place to live in the interim. The three bedroom that we live in feels more like living in a condo than an apartment. The leasing and maintenance staff are second to none with their responsiveness, dependability and professionalism. We have never had to ask twice for anything. From gaining access to the incredible amenity suites, to helping us track down a package that was not where it was supposed to be to changing an air filter, or even dishwasher, they have been there for us. As far as the location, it is going to be hard to top. Any type of food you could imagine is within a 10 minute walk up or down the Monon. If you have kids, Midtown/SunKing does a family movie night on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the warm months at their outdoor area, which is about an 8 minute walk. During the winter, you are a parking garage away from the Carmel Christkindlmarkt. I can't say enough about it. However, I can say it is going to be hard to top the experiences we have had here.

Emailed the property regarding availability. Received a response that what I was looking for was not available and was suggested to look at "sister properties" nearby that could possibly have what I am looking for. As I truly wanted to be in this location I communicated and offered that if there were any other options available as I was flexible in my search, but wanted to be there. Was again told about. "Sister properties" and that they were within walking distance. Even after expressing I wanted to be at this location and asking for alternatives. Finally I said that I guess there is no place for me there and said I would be happy to look elsewhere now. The response I received was "OK, sorry." Something tells me if the service here was this poor and honestly embarrassing, that this person did me a favor by being this enept. If this is any reflection on the service of this establishment I will be happy going elsewhere. And it will not be to a "sister property." My business will be taken somewhere else. Sad to say.

Both the Maintnance Staff and the Office Personnel are great. Always very friendly and quick to respond to anything you need. They maintain the facility nicely and always keep it clean.
