The negative reviews (1 star) are from scammers trying to take advantage of a small local business. Shame on them.
Sarah and Jason were both amazingly hospitable and professional. They took their time to make sure I got the nails I wanted! The shop is also clean and in a great part of town with plenty of parking!
Shame on these people trying to take advantage of a small business.
Requested style: Double checks that it’s the right style (so many salons don’t even bother)
Cleanliness: Clean!
Stylist: Sarah was very professional and so sweet!

Nice family owned place. They were open even today on Father's Day. Husband and wife both there and very friendly. I just did a quick polish change and was satisfied.

This was my first time coming here & I definitely will be returning! Customer service was amazing. Sue & her husband are very friendly & comforting as well as adaptable. They got me right in & she did exactly what I wanted.

Finally, a place in carmel that's fairly priced and friendly! Have been here twice and it's definitely me new go to. Local owners are exceptionally kind and talk to you throughout your appointment. Studio is a little dated but clean and inviting. They leave the door open if it's nice out which I love. I've been in for a polish as well as gel, and each time my expectations are exceeded. Nails last way longer than other places I've been to in the area, and it's a good price.

The finished look was fine but my nails felt gross after. I got dip done and I had glue all stuck to my skin when I left. I spent 15 mins washing the glue off and trying to file under my nail to get the excess powder out. I also felt like things were done out of order. My cuticles were cut after my nails were done. Resulting in my nails looking like they’ve grown out a weeks worth. Less than 8 hours later my hair is already getting stuck between my nail and the dip.For $5 cheaper at the previous place I tried, I got a massage, the dip powder lined up very well with my nail (nothing would come between my nail and the dip for weeks). Not to mention, as I was getting ready to stand up to pay she said asked me to stick my hand out and then put oil all over my cuticles and let me walk out. I was so greasy and got oil all over my wallet, card, steering wheel, etc.It makes me sad to leave this review as she truly was so sweet. Just not a good nail experience.Service: Dip powder

Amazing. Called this morning around 9 and they let me come in at 10 am to get a full set and pedicure with my sister. Very gentle and they're fun to talk to! Definitely recommend :)

i have struggled finding a nail salon in the caramel/indy area for year since i started college. sarah is everything and more! she is friendly, detail oriented, and wants to make her clients happy! prices are extremely reasonable and the salon is clean. i can't wait for my next appointment!
