I moved to the Carmel area around a year ago and got connected with the Teresa Chapman State Farm. I have had one auto accident and the team was very responsive and helpful to answer all questions. Also, I purchased a new vehicle requiring change in insurance and the team had everything finalized and updated in one day. I worked with Alexis on the team and she was very polite and quick to respond.

We have been with Teresa Chapman’s State Farm agency for over 20+ years and couldn’t imagine using another agency! They are always helpful and friendly. Karla was incredibly professional, but also very kind in working with me to start new auto and home insurance policies. Our family had been with the same company for the last 15+ years and had to unexpectedly transfer insurance companies. I was completely impressed with Karla's professionalism in assisting me with my home and automobile insurance needs. She answered all my questions in a very friendly manner; never confrontational. She is very knowledgeable of the insurance industry and seemed to be very respectful of the competition.
