The store is clean, but stocking could be better, and it would help if the employees actually came when you went to one of the help kiosks to summon their assistance. You shouldn't have to try three times before someone comes to help you, or go to the customer service desk to complain.

This is one of the busier Targets I have been to. Clean and the same as most others. Some employees are helpful but more appear to attempt to avoid you if you're trying to get their assistance.
