I had a great experience at this location! Joshua was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate activating new service with a family member traveling out of state. Dani was also very helpful getting our account setup quickly at the end of the day. Thanks!

This place is really lacking customer service . I had called around a couple places to see if they had a specific color iPhone that I wanted . All the places I called were willing to tell me if they have the lavender iPhone in stock , however this place seemed to have an issue with it. From the moment the woman answered the phone she just had a nasty attitude . She told me she wasn’t allowed to give me any information over the phone because people were being robbed at gun point so I would need to travel over there just to find out if they had a specific color . I found this ridiculous as I was asking a very specific question & not once did I ask about the quantity of phones carried in the store . I found this extremely unprofessional & judge mental . T mobile needs to do better .

I was quoted differently on the phone with associate. Then the in person gave me different quote. Only to be told they did it wrong and gave me ANOTHER quote. Then to be told I need to deposit pretty much the price of the entire phone. Could have been told this early on and I wouldn't have wasted time. Maybe finalize before quoting so there is no time wasted

We walked in after eating across the street and no one ever greeted us. They were busy, but still no one even made eye contact. We left and went to a store by our hotel which was great.

if I could give this store 1 star, I would. i'm not sure who exactly thought that Kali would be the best fit to be a manager at the store. But she is completely disrespectful and needs to be fired. She talks back and obviously does not know how to give anyone good customer service. When I came here to return my phones she was very confrontational, and as I was walking out the door when I spoke my mind about how rude she was to me she said "bye b****" Will be in contact with the CEO. She does not deserve any customer service jobs. I would never want anyone to go to her for anything that has to do with t-mobile. Though she is the manager. She obviously still does not know how to do her job.

Terrible advice. They told me they would have the phone I needed in a couple of days. I came back in and was told they didn't get it in and orders would be months out. Go to a different store

One of the best retail stores around. I've been working with Thomas and Evan for some time now. Anytime you have a question, need a new line, an upgrade, new Bluetooth for Grandpa, you name they can help with that. Highly recommend this store.

Great experience! Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and got my problem fixed in 45 minutes. This is after I spent over 3 hours on the phone with T Mobile and Apple the night before and got nothing accomplished. Thank you so much!

Went on Saturday and was impressed by the experience and knowledge of the assistant manager, Kail, and the manager, Todd. If you need help adding a phone line or upgrading you phone, you will be in good hands at this location.

I don't know if they were just trying to make a better commission or if they didn't know the facts on phone deals. We ended up buying online because they quoted the Magenta plan $20/ more each month than it was online and claimed that we could only get phone deals if we got the Magenta Max plan. And that taxes would be 30%-48% ? on the Essentials plan.
