The bankers here are very nice and enthusiastic when I came to open new account and back to have my debit card activated because I could not activate myself. I will be with Start bank always.

Every time I deal with Stacy Marsh or really anyone at Star Bank, I wonder why other banks cannot be as seamless and customer centric as Star. It IS as banking should be every day.
Stacy is why I moved all my banking to Star. And everyone that touches me is like Stacy...... they all touch ME. I'm NOT an account. I am a person. I vote Star THE BEST banking experience overall.

There is something about small town feel banking, and I have become a customer of Star ⭐️ Bank for that very reason. I love the personal experience of the staff and feel secure with my investments. What more could a girl ask for….thank you Star for being a safe space to do my business ‼️

I was a little discouraged that employees didn’t really feel comfortable renewing an IRA account since I had already been to another branch first that said the same thing. Surprised that the branches no longer have deposit specialists that open accounts and rely on tellers to do those tasks. Seems to me that the tellers need more training on certain accounts that they don’t work with every day, such as IRA’s. My CD was renewed ok but it took a lot longer than should be expected.

STAR is so convenient! They have a drive up kiosk available to speak face to face with a teller. The have extended Saturday hours like no other bank, and that makes it great when you do not have to rush to the bank by noon and wait in a long line inside or in the drive- thur. Also, the mobile app is great!!
