2nd time first was fine but as soon as I walked in a worker spoke Spanish and kept trying to talk in Spanish to me just cus I look like I speak Spanish doesn’t mean I do one of my nails is already falling off the lengthens aren’t even the same on my thumbs and my toes look like a kid did them which doesn’t surprise me since the guy who did it was on the phone and watching a soccer game on the tv at the same time not to mention I still have obvious dead skin on my feet I paid $100 for this and it didn’t last a day

I went and no go with Maria she’s amazing and does exactly what I want and I love my nails and get several compliments!!! I highly recommend Maria! The prices are fair for the work she’s willing to do on my nails!!

Worst experience. Not only was o overcharged and she said nothing to me but she also cut my toe and made it bleed (no apology). I wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy. She was on her phone the whole time and the salon was HOT! My toenails that she cut were not even straight. DO BETTER!
Cleanliness: It was hot in here and not very clean.
Stylist: She cut me and didn’t apologize, she was on her Insta and other apps on her phone while performing the service. WOW! I would not expect this for Carmel. Maybe she needs more training or something.

Received both a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was good and the toe polish was nice. However, the gel manicure was not. At first looking straight on the nails look okay. But then when I turned my hand - I noticed some of the sides of my nails were even painted all the way. It took less than 20 minutes for the manicure and I felt like it was rushed and could have been much better. Make sure you look at the polish before you cure them!!!!

I have to say I was afraid to go to this salon when I read all reviews . And I have to confess that I was leaving nail place very happy and satisfied . Guys who made my nails were amazing . Guy who did my foot massage OMG best massage in my life ,literally he massaged my feet for 20 minutes and I fall a sleep . For $120 you have in LA 5min of massage and not the best service here for $120 I had pampering like queen of Indiana . Highly recommend this place .

I have been coming here for over 15 years for good reason. Not only do my nails look fantastic every time, but the people are so incredibly nice and welcoming. The second I walk in and hear them greet me I feel like I'm part of the family. And did I mention my nails are always perfect and worthy of all the compliments I always get!

This is my go-to place for a full set. Tina and Kim are particularly amazing at recreating looks from inspiration photos and making sure the nails last. The place is clean, relaxing and quiet. I've never gotten a pedicure or any kind of regular manicure so I can't speak on those services, but if you're looking for an acrylic set I would absolutely encourage you to book an appointment :)

Always have consistently good service here! They are thorough and don't try to talk your ear off. A very peaceful place to get nails done!

It did take about 45 minutes to be seen for a pedicure, but I wasn't mad because I wasn't in a rush. I didn't love waiting but I don't think it's fair to be mad at the store by putting your own time constraints on them without an appointment. They were also very appreciative and thanked me several times for waiting. I did the tropical pedicure and both of the ladies provided a very thorough experience. The facility is very clean. I'll come back.

The staff at the salon are very kind and patient! They do excellent work! The salon atmosphere is very soothing, so it is easy to relax during your appointment!They are within walking distance from some hotels in the area, so it is a great place to stop by after traveling!

I came in as a walk-in and felt very welcome in an upbeat atmosphere. My feet have been looking pretty rough, but they worked miracles with my pedicure, and my dip manicure came out looking gorgeous. I also really appreciate the consideration they put into helping me find the perfect shades for both!

Went here for the first time for a pedicure. At first i was having a great experience. The atmosphere is so relaxing. However the lady who was doing my toes cut me with the cuticle cutter on the side of my toes. I could tell she felt bad and immediately cleaned it with alcohol. But she got me good and i was bleeding a lot. So we keep going with the service. The massage was great and i was hoping the cut was just a freak accident. But right before she paint my toes she goes in again with the cuticle cutter (not sure why) and she cuts me again!!!!! This time on the other foot! I’m so annoyed and in pain. Im hoping i don’t get an infection. I will never be coming here again. I had high hopes based off the reviews but i will be taking my service elsewhere.
