Went to get sized after years of wearing the wrong bra size. Chelsea was very friendly and super helpful from when I stepped foot in the store. After much trial and error, we were able to get a great bra that was the correct band size as well as suited my needs with weightlifting. Definitely will be back!

I came here on Friday, August 16th just to see what kind of bras they had as I've been meaning to get new ones from gaining some weight and I was looking around and a lovely woman named Desi asked if I needed help and I said I wanted to get measured. After that she worked with me for what felt like hours to help me find the right bras. At first I became discouraged because some didn't fit right, but Desi kept telling me to stay optimistic as she will find the perfect fit for me and she did!! I thought I would only find one or 2 bras but she managed to find me more than 5 bras. Without Desi I would've easily given up as shopping especially for bras is not my strong suit. Thank you so much Desi!!!! She's the best!!! Also they have incredibly comfortable underwear and loungewear!!

Selection at this store is minimal. The product sells itself, and you should just order online. Return in store if needed. In person service was non existent when I asked for a size they just shrugged and said they didn’t have it. Another time tried to find pajamas and no mediums in any style. Not worth the trip in imho.

I love the quality of this store's products, so whenever I'm in need of good undergarments or silky soft pjs I plan a trip to this store!This particular day it was busy with several customers as well as farmers being shelved and stocked but I was able to get some assistance and get questions answered. I like how they allow you to do your own choosing or can ask for professional fitting/help if needed. The store is clean and well organized if a bit overwhelming with all the options - but that's not a bad thing! I admit that it takes me some time to figure out what I want but they were kind and gracious I'm answering questions.I'm a fan and pretty much only go to this type for my things, so can highly recommend the line of undergarments.

Kelly and Kim are the absolute best! If you’re anything like me and have trouble finding bras then I would highly recommend. I have never had a bra that fit me correctly (like many women), but they took the time to make sure that I walked out with items that I felt happy, confident, and comfortable in!

Great customer service! I ordered Soma for the first time online. The sizes I bought weren't right. (My fault. Used my old Victoria secret sizes) I exchanged at the store. The sales associate was so helpful. Worth the hour drive for me!

My sister and I came in yesterday and we both agreed we had never had such a great customer service experience. We were fitted and assisted by Kelly. She was so helpful and kind and laughed with us, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. We’re already planning a trip back in.

I have shopped in Soma for years. It has been a long time since I have come across clearance underwear of buy 5 for $15. I was quite surprised especially during March's inflation. The limited selection worked for me.

The employee was rude and not there to help. When asked if she could price check, she acted like it would be a huge ordeal to check 2 items in the system.
