SkinSpa was a beautiful and relaxing experience ! Juliette was very professional and offered knowledgeable advice on skincare which I will definitely be using. She was attentive to my needs and made sure I felt very comfortable every step of the way. My face looks rich and feels soft and supple after being under her care. She will definitely be seeing me again!!

The studio is very comfortable snd the ambiance is soothing and relaxing. Juliet uses very high quality products and has great technique for facials. I always leave her studio feeling refreshed and my ski looks and feels beautiful. I recommend her services highly.

I bought a Groupon for a 90 minute facial not knowing what to expect. Juliet called me back within a day and scheduled me within the week. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with the aesthetic of the spa. Juliet was so sweet and took the time to ask me questions and help me decide what the best course of treatment for my skin would be. I ended up trying Dermaplaning (my first time) and am hooked. Juliet also did two additional masks and let me just say, my skin felt amazing! I am in my mid 40’s with two children (one baby) and my skin has taken a beating due to lack of sleep and lets be honest, not always having the best nutritional habits. It is now two days later and my skin looks and feels just as amazing. I am so excited I found this gem and can’t wait to get back to see Juliet again for my skin care needs. Thank you Juliet and Mantra Beauty for making me feel beautiful!

Juliet is absolutely wonderful! She is the perfect balance of personable and professional. I had a 60-minute facial that was extremely enjoyable. Although I don’t have sensitive skin, she was constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable with every product she used. And to top it all off, her space is gorgeous, cozy and comforting! So happy I found The Mantra Beauty!

As soon as I stepped foot into the main lobby, I couldn't help but feel fancy and elegant by the design and decor of the building. Juliet and her room was no exception. I was instantly calmer upon entering and speaking with her about the treatment that was to come. The lighting, music, and overall look and feel of the room made for a great first impression. This was my first Groupon ever, and I was so glad I chose Mantra! Juliet is a relaxation wizard! For less than 60 dollars, I got a wonderful facial and virtually a full body massage with hot stones at the end! What was supposed to be 60 minutes turned out to be more like 75-90. I was pleasantly surprised, and I will definitely be booking more services in the future. Well worth the drive from Irvington!

Juliet is absolutely phenomenal and skilled at what she does. I have had many facials prior to seeing her, but nobody has been as detail oriented as her. She is gentle, yet thorough. She incorporates techniques into her services to assure that her clients are at ease and relaxed. I wish that I found her sooner. I highly recommend that you book an appointment with her and experience it for yourself, she is great!

My husband purchased a Groupon for me for at TheMantra Beauty. I made my appointment online a week in advance. I got a message that my appointment was waiting to be approved. I didn’t hear anything for days so I called at the end of that week. I spoke to someone and told them that I had a Groupon (which I also stated in the comments when I booked my appointment online) but hadn’t received a conformation. I told her that my appointment was the next week and she told me that they only confirm a week at a time and not to worry, I would get my confirmation soon. I still didn’t have conformation the day before so I called again. This time I was told that I was on a “waiting list” because I was using a Groupon. NO WHERE when booking my appointment did it state that I would be put on a waiting list. Who runs a business like that? DO NOT PURCHASE A GROUPON FOR THIS COMPANY. Now I have to deal with the run around from Groupon to get a refund because we all know how difficult that will be. ?
In response to your reply. I have no idea what you are trying to suggest when saying “The society has no place for mean condescending people who still respect people based on the color of their skin” I was not disrespectful to you on the phone. Upset about your scheduling practices? Not told on the phone last week when I called how you do business? Yes and yes. I did not curse or call you out of your name.
You can do business how ever you want. I’m just letting others know how you “honor” the Groupons that you sell. Have a nice day!

I had my first experience with Juliet today for a 90 min hydration facial. She was so sweet and did and awesome job. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and I felt very relaxed. Loved the massage with essential oils and the masks (even on the lips!). The jelly mask was my favorite. I have had a lot of facials over the years and this one was the BEST one I’ve EVER had. My skin has never felt better. I will be back and will be sending all my friends and family!!
