I took my daughter here for a 1-hour full makeup session before her homecoming dance. The ladies that work there are all very friendly. They helped me out knowing that I was an ignorant Dad who knows nothing about makeup. They helped me change the time of our reservation so that we could get it done earlier. The only downfall, there are no men's products. Some of us like to have soft hydrated skin and hair as well. ?♂️?

Store is small and closes superc early 7pm. I work till 5/530 there's not enough time to get home, changed, dinner and to Sephora most night

Amiyah was such an amazing help! She stuck with me through the entirety of my visit, helping me find the best physical exfoliant for my skin type. She was a tremendous help and I can't thank her enough! Great Location!

Hudson and Alex made my experience today to be one of the best at Sephora. Both of them helped me tremendously. Knowledgeable, Very professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Absolutely terrible experience at each visit. When I use curbside pickup, which is my shopping preference, there are INSIDE shoppers parked in both of the curbside pickup parking spots. This is the 4th time this has happened and I truly just can’t believe it. How rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful can you be to not park in a regular space? Where are us curbside people supposed to go? They are designated spaces marked with signs FOR A REASON! Makes no sense whatsoever and this location’s employee’s don’t care to do anything about it. I’ve been a Sephora shopper for over 10 years and this inconvenience is so preventable and manageable, yet they don’t care. Do NOT order curbside because your DESIGNATED pickup parking spot will be taken by someone spending god knows how long inside the store. Why is curbside pickup even an option if you’re not going to have available curbside spaces to park in??? It’s ridiculous and so unfortunate that this location doesn’t understand mine and several others’ frustrations about this.

The staff is usually pretty helpful when it comes to shade matching and makeup when you approach them. However, with the rise in popularity of Sephora, the lines have been very long when checking out.Buy online pick up is usually quicker and easier. The store is usually pretty organized but the layout is a bit confusing. It is a small store so expect to say excuse me a lot.I am intimidated by the staff sometimes because often they won’t just ask questions about what the customer is looking for or if they need any help, they just stare or walk around. Being in the store makes me stressed out because i show up not looking my best looking for a specific item.However one employee that is the sweetest is Gretchen. Gretchen is always very helpful and always willing to answer any questions. Every time I go to Sephora, Gretchen is absolutely slaying the makeup looks.

The ladies that work here are rude every single time I come in, never offering to help and never even simply greet. I’ve given them chance after chance but after they kicked me out of bringing my dog in to a dog friendly mall and I’ve brought her in multiple times before and she’s been well behaved and welcomed each time and laughed about it as I respectfully left. I will never shop here again it is so sad bc it’s very convenient.

This is my favorite Sephora in the area. I like that it's not "inside" of a mall so you can run in and out quickly. They also offer curbside pick up. They have a wide variety of product lines and the staff is very helpful with helping you find items.

Definitely one of my favorite places to go shopping for skincare and makeup. The Clay Terrace location has my heart. The workers were amazing! Not to mention very very helpful with helping me find the best options of makeup for me.
