As an out-of-town family member desperately trying to send a family member flowers in a time of need, I was so grateful to find Rusted Window. Stacy was wonderful, and not only took my vision and crafted the most beautiful arrangement - but also ensured delivery to my family member that same afternoon. She was so kind to me. I'd recommend this business to everyone!

I've never left a negative review for anything in my life, but feel I need to share my experience with this vendor. Prior to Covid, we arranged for them to do our daughter's wedding flowers for a May of 2020 wedding. We all know what happened...wedding had to be cancelled due to the shutdown. We attempted to reschedule for the following October, but sadly, we had to cancel again due to the pandemic. This time, though, Stacy refused to allow us to attempt a reschedule, and KEPT OUR $2500+ deposit! You also must know, our daughter is an active duty Army nurse and her fiancé is an active duty Army physician...both working the frontlines of Covid at their Army base in Georgia. They were forbidden by the US Military to travel anywhere away from their base due to their jobs. They even obtained a letter from the Army General who was the commander of their Army base explaining that they were restricted due to the US Military travel ban due to the pandemic. In spite of all of these reasons, Stacy still refused to either refund our deposit, or keep it for when the military would finally allow us to reschedule!! Fast forward 2 1/2 years, and we NOW are planning their third-time rescheduled wedding reception with family and friends (they did have their private beautiful intimate nuclear family-only wedding in their local travel radius back in 2020!) Every single vendor from our original wedding planning has honored our deposits and are happily working with us on our rescheduled date for this coming June....EXCEPT Stacy and her shop. At the time we were originally planning, Stacy even had a son-in-law in the Navy so I never expected this from her. We understood that a smaller business might need the cash flow to survive the shutdown, and would have been fine with her keeping our deposit then, if she would have worked with us now and allowed it to be applied to our upcoming celebration. We emailed her and the shop on our same email stream 3 times since we booked the venue back in Nov 2021 for our upcoming reception in June of 2023. We have never received a response, since Stacy's email dated 9/8/2020 saying she spoke to her attorneys and would not be refunding our deposit due to lost revenues on our cancellation date! It seems a worldwide pandemic and a military travel ban for the bride and groom would warrant an exception to this rule.... Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on our experience. It has been very disappointing, to say the least.

I am not from the area but wanted to have flowers delivered to a friend. I choose them based on previous reviews, but sadly my experience wasn't ideal. Rather than having a good time choosing flowers, I felt like a burden. I wouldn't go with them again, though the flowers were nice.

OMG, Rusted Window did an amazing job on my fireplace for our wedding. Our guests could not say enough about how beautiful it looked? I HIGHLY recommend them! They may my wedding day so special!

Do not ever use this vendor for a flower order! I ordered a flower arrangement for a very important birthday for my best friend. I told the person who answered the phone that I was willing to spend up to $250 for a colorful arrangement. I live in the Washington, DC area, so I was not able to go into their "shop" to order in person. The woman answering the phone said that my gift was very "generous" and they could do something really nice. Fortunately my friend sent me a picture of the flowers. It was appalling...a pale, almost gray, not large, arrangement of hydrangeas (I have never seen almost gray hydrangeas) and some pale colorless lilies. I had asked for a colorful arrangement, and they did the opposite. Today I get my credit card bill for $284. This shop and the owner should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of an out of town order. What a scam!!!!! (Yelp requires a star rating. These con-artists don't deserve the one star that I had to give.)

I don't often write reviews, but I cannot thank Stacy and the Rusted Window team enough for the beautiful floral arrangements they created for a last minute event downtown. The arrangements were breath taking and many of the guests asked for the florists contact information.It was pouring down rain, but the team delivered the arrangements promptly and even made a run over to the hardware store near by to help me purchase materials to hang a back drop that was provided by another vendor. I would highly recommend using Rusted Window for any social occasion. And, of course, they are always my go to for unique gifts.

Look no further! I have used Rusted Window both professionally and personally. Stacy the owner is truly an artist at what she does. My clients, family and friends have all loved her work. Not to mentioned her shop is addictive. If you haven’t been check it out for all the best decor and gifts. Love having my go to local florist!

They do not answer phone calls nor do they return voicemails from customers. Their communication is horrible and I will never recommend their services to anyone of my fellow bride friends or family in general. Very disappointed, but it's okay I'd rather give money to someone else who genuinely cares about their customers.

Just visited Rusted Window to find a few pieces for our remodeled bathroom. I asked for help selecting an arrangement for our bathroom countertop. They found some dried stems and offered to cut them and arrange in the vase I selected. So easy and love the choice they helped me make! Definitely recommend visiting!I also used for some gift purchases during covid and they were a hit!Go shop local!

I cannot say enough fabulous things about Annie, Stacy, and Rusted Window Florist in Carmel! Our daughter was married this past June (2021) and we worked with Annie for all of the flowers and table decor for the wedding. We had several meetings with Annie and knew we would love working with her after the very first meeting! Annie is the sweetest, most professional person to work with. My daughter was struggling with a vision in the beginning and in the final moment figured out what she thought she would love! Annie had to make some changes and was happy to do it! It is hard to know exactly how everything will come together on the big day, but Annie and Stacy nailed it! The flowers and decor were breathtaking! We were in awe! We had so many wonderful compliments on our flowers and decor on the day of the wedding! It’s so amazing to work with someone who is so talented, but also so professional and kind! We would recommend Annie, Stacy, and Rusted Window Florist to everyone!!!

Rusted Window did such an amazing job for my daughter's wedding this past weekend that I felt I had to write a review for them. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Stacy and Annie made it so easy for us and really listened to what our vision was for the flowers - which was initially all over the board - and then provided a sample for us at the venue. We tweaked from there and ended up with the most beautiful flowers for the table arrangements to to the bouquets to the boutonnieres. Everything was perfect and actually exceeded our expectations. If you need flowers for any occasion, please consider using Rusted Window. They are truly professional, personable and helpful! So glad we happened upon their store in The Indiana Design Center (which is also an amazing shop with gifts and home goods that are so unique). Rusted Window - Thank You!
