Great place for kids to get some exercise, but the trash can is way too stinky. Unbearable when you walk near it. It smells like some dead animals in the covered trash can.

A nice park for active families. Upon first arrival, the playground looks small compared to others, but as you walk down the trail, you'll find more play structures. The playground by the parking lot has wheel chair accessible activities. The trail continues as a loop and goes right by the white river.

They've added a ton to the park over the last year or so and the kiddos really enjoyed it. Good trail, nice play equipment, and a lot of fun. Bring a volleyball and start a game on one of the two courts.

A diamond in the rough! Never knew this existed and I love it! Can’t wait to come back! The equipment is geared more towards younger kids and under 12. Fun place!

One of the best park layouts in Carmel. The designers staggered the playground equipment along a trail that weaves back into the woods. The trail goes all the way out to the White River and is heavily wooded. The playground equipment is top notch too.

On vacation, staying in a hotel, we needed to find an outlet for an active 3 year old to burn energy. This park is awesome. There are several playgrounds, spaced along a pleasant walking trail that loops over to the river. Loved it!

Me and my wife were on a casual visit to this park a year back to assess if it would be interesting for 4 of our grand children if we bring them (all under 5 years) but went back with no positive view on it. A year later, yesterday, we happened to stop by again. There is a substantial change this time.
Due to White River flooding I guess, we could not go on the trail nor visit the kids' play area inside the trail. We saw only the play area at the entrance of the park which included among others a game too, which the kids and their parents took can participate and enjoy. We returned with a very positive view this time and decided to visit soon once the water that sub-merged most of the park and trails recedes. It will perhaps be followed with another visit with grand children who I believe will enjoy thoroughly..
Looks like, trail passes through a forest and along the White River and has a rubberized surface that is wheelchair friendly. May be, 5 stars on next visit when we can see it fully

A hidden gem! I love walking through this park alongside the river.
