Nice hotel. Clean lobby, updated decor. A comfortable bed, clean refrigerator. During our stay it was a very hot day. Set a/c to 65 but never really got that cold.

Everything was great, but I woke up and found this hanging around the bathroom door.
Where there is 1, there is 20 more.
So yeah, I didn't really feel well rested after that.
Outside of that, the staff was nice enough.

Horrible experience! Check in was fine, guy spoke to us about our guaranteed late check-out time based on our Titanium Bonvoy status. We we're awakened with a call telling us we needed to leave as the hotel needed the room and they couldn't honor the guaranteed late check-out. Holly was extremely rude when I told her that we were staying there for a wedding and needed to stay longer to prepare. She never apologized just said you need to leave as quickly as possible, we can't honor your late check-out. I've never experienced this type of service at a Marriott and will never return to this location. Why was poor planning on their part pushed on to us as customers. This is not the level of service that I've come to expect from Marriott.

Centrally located. Easy to find clean rooms. A little dated but that is part of the charm of the Renaissance line. Accommodating front staff good food at the concierge lounge
Rooms: A little dated but clean and well cared for. Would have liked to see more USB ports. But at least there were plenty of plugs available at the desk and the bed

Very welcoming staff they were very helpful and the atmosphere was very warming n it has a good vibe. I wasn’t able to see the rooms but the inside was one of the nicest hotels I’ve been in so I would recommend it if you can afford it lol I’d like to stay here one day/night soon
Noteworthy details: Very nice inside I recommend going to see it

The rooms had an odd smell in the bathroom around the toilets. The rooms had popcorn ceilings, probably asbestos.
The breakfast was a bait and switch. They tell you breakfast is served in the morning, but make no mention of the price. The quality is not worth 20 dollars per person.
